I called Amanda for a quote, and she came out the very same day to do a walkthrough. She gave me an extremely fair price for what I would absolutely call a very deep clean, given the home's condition. She was also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which was a huge relief since new renters were moving in soon. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived right on time and ready to go. Amanda walked through the house with her crew and clearly communicated exactly what needed to be done based on our prior conversation. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was impressive. When I returned home, I was truly in awe. The house looked brand new. It smelled amazing, and most importantly, it finally felt like a home again. We did a final walkthrough together, and I couldn't have been more grateful for everything Amanda and her team had done. All of my future cleanings will absolutely be with Conscious Cleaning Collective. Thank you so much, Amanda and team!

When my son-in-law arrived an hour and a half later, she was gone and these photos show the state of things. I notified the agency, assuming this was below their standards and was told it was within their standards and they offered me $25 off my next use of their service. Clearly I won't be using them again. (I have never written a review complaining about a housecleaner before, I think overall theirs is a difficult, thankless job.)
