What I thought would be a simple 5-hour move ended up taking over 9 hours. While the duration was unexpected, I attribute it to the long walks from my four storage closets to the elevator. Even though the day grew long and the physical toll was evident, the guys stayed honest and worked the entire time. The Good: Only one minor damaged item out of an entire household. Zero damage to the walls/floors of either apartment. The team was incredibly kind, making it impossible to stay frustrated. They offer flexible payment options (Credit Card, Zelle, Cash). Room for Improvement: I would love to see moving companies offer more "flat-rate" structures or do "mid-way time checks."
