2 eggs over medium, hashbrowns and sausage links. Tasty goodness!
Stefanie M.

Our new go-to breakfast place. Continues to bring the smiles. Love the staff, always so happy and attentive. Cozy natural light and lots of table options, outdoor included. Good variety on the menu. And highly recommend those black beans, so tasty, and you can order a side of them with any menu item.

BLT Sandwich with cottage cheese

The burger was above average. Add avocado and it becomes sizable. The fries are skinny are about average. The service is always all star. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Greasy comfort food. Loud customers at nearby tables is quite common. Bad spot for mobile. A haven for retirees or those hoping to retire.

Big menu with lots of items to choose from. Classic breakfast diner staples. Hubs ordered the gyro w/ fries and I ordered the steak and eggs with hashbrowns and pancakes. Good sized portions and satisfying meal. The waitress was very friendly.

Swedish crepes missing lingonberry butter

Ordered via Doordash. The Chicken Parmesan is pictured with spaghetti, but does not come with it??? It only came with the sides chosen, but there is no pasta to select so I assumed it would come with spaghetti too since that is what was advertised. I ordered mashed potatoes and corn as my sides and the potatoes were covered in brown gravy, which I hate. There is no mention of gravy on the menu. The Swedish Crepes were missing the lingonberry butter. Instead we got plain, dry crepes. Nowhere does it mention that a pickle is included with the sandwiches, but there was a pickle leaking juice on the Monte Cristo, which was extremely saugy. The only thing that saves them is the portions were large and the chicken was tender. With such a large menu and variety of items I had hoped to be coming often, but after this I probably won't be back.

Waffle w/ Fruits

This the best classic all American diner that has endless options! Stopped in here after the farmers market, there was plenty of seating, the staff was warm and welcoming and kept our coffee cups full. The food was delicious and hit the spot. Not greasy, perfects sized portions and can we mention that you can get a Swedish pancake instead of toast or a regular pancake?!? That's a Saturday breakfast win in my book!!! We will be back again, plus I love this shopping center and have been to Neal's other location. Doesn't disappoint. We got to sit outside and it was refreshing.

The inside has no noise absorption so any loud group (as would be expected at a tavern) leads to extremely unpleasant loud environment for dinner. Though the food was slow to come out because it was coursed, the service was very polished and high attention to detail (asking if we wanted larger share plates between appetizers vs entrees, pacing the courses). The waiter was clearly very experienced and service quality felt more like fine dining rather than a tavern so it was just a strange environment where it was super loud like a dive bar but nicely decorated with excellent service like a fine bistro. There is mid size outside patio with space heaters and is dog friendly. It is part of the parking lot so not the most pretty but nice to have an outside option. The food was pretty good and beautifully presented. The menu reflects the same dichotomy where there's "bar food" like fish and chips but it is also unexpectedly elevated. My favorite item was the ceviche. Note closing time is quite early for a tavern - it closes at 9pm and last call for food is 830p. Bottom line - food and service were excellent but I can't see myself returning because of the extremely unpleasant noise. It's likely a good place for large groups cause it's so loud.

The eggs on the Benedict were poached perfectly, which I very much appreciate. Not only were they poached perfectly, but the eggs themselves were beautiful. Very fresh with that vibrant bright marigold color. The hollandaise sauce was creamy and delectable. The breakfast burger was amazing! It comes served on Filone bread which I thought went perfect with the burger. This bread is similar to ciabatta. Crusty on the outside, with a good chew on the inside. Firm enough to handle all the contents of the burger, but soft and chewy on the inside. The meat itself, chuck and brisket, was sensational. I'm not the type of person to ever order a burger without cheese but this burger could've definitely stood alone. Melted Monterey Jack, thick slices of bacon, fresh slices of avocado, and a perfectly cooked runny egg were just added bonuses. There was something on this burger that had a slight sweetness. I don't know if it was the samurai sauce that they put on it or the bacon, but it was delicious. I love that. It came served with a light salad tossed in vinaigrette as well. Coffee was served beautifully with a nice frothy head. Service was excellent. Attentive without being overbearing. Our server, Da, was so sweet and made our experience even that much more wonderful. Can't wait to come back. My one gripe was the size of the potatoes that came served with the eggs Benedict and the burger. This is not a cheap place to eat. For two of us to have breakfast with one coffee and an iced tea is $60 before tip. Don't be so chinsy on the tater tots and French fries. 10 tater tots? Come on now. It's not caviar. It's potatoes. I don't need a mountain of them just a decent portion. I almost knocked off a star for that, but everything else, specifically the service, warrants the five stars. Thank you for a wonderful meal and for the great hospitality.

We were seated at our reservation time and the staff was attentive. My issue is that the food options are now very basic. Eggs with tater tots, grilled chicken sandwich with fries, etc. I enjoyed my sandwich but I could get it at any pub. The decor also didn't give off "farm house" ambience, and the indoor dining room was fairly chilly. Not a bad place to eat, but nothing worth going out of my way for (at least for brunch).

I'm going to review the food here as if this is what I intended to order, not my TGTG experience. I got an 8-inch pastrami sandwich and a romaine lettuce garden salad. Pastrami sandwich had good quality and tasty dutch crust bread. There was a generous amount of meat. I didn't like the American cheese. I would never order it at a restaurant for a sandwich; it's for grilled cheese or burgers (and even then I avoid). The sandwich had mayo and chopped lettuce. Overall, the sandwich was good - a neatly done, standard cold pastrami sandwich with good bread. The salad had nice presentation: fresh, chopped romaine, carrot sticks, sliced purple onion, cherry tomatoes, and dressing). But again, it was a standard salad I could make at home. We arrived from 101N to El Camino which required an unprotected left on 21st so I recommend a different route. There was ample parking. The location looks kind of industrial, which can have its own charm - sort of like NY vibes. The entrance looked like a backdoor entrance and there didn't appear to be restaurant seating - no tables and chairs. There was a chair, but not for eating at. Or maybe I missed it if there was an area to eat. From my first experience, this seems like a takeout hole-in-the-wall. It reminded me of a bakery in Modesto that was known only by word-of-mouth which only had take-out baked goods. I docked a star because it currently does not have an ADA-compliant entrance. They could install a ramp or maybe a button for service and a sign with braille if it's just a take-out place. Why does it matter? It's federal law. Any business open to the public must be accessible to people disabilities. Otherwise, that's discrimination against people with disabilities and you can be sued if you are non-compliant. I had family who became wheelchair-bound so it's something that I take notice of. I plan on returning to try out the Peruvian offerings.
