I found the package that would best fit our needs on the website. Ten hours in car driving with them administering the DMV road test with the last lesson. After paying for the lessons they send the recipient an online gift certificate. Booking online was a breeze. Photos and times available for each instructor easy to maneuver. After three lessons the instructor did state my son needed some more in car driving practice prior to booking his last lesson / road test. After each lesson the instructor emails a report on what needs to be worked on before the next lesson. Both instructors my son had showed up on time and were personable and answered our questions. So easy having them pickup at my home. Pricing competitive to others, but priceless in my book. Driving with these men gave my son the confidence he needed behind the wheel. Totally recommend and we didn't have to stand in line at DMV.

The phone was busy or was forwarded to a completely different number for a half hour, then when my call was answered at 10:33am, I was told the courses were full for the entire month of July except 1 course, which was not the right course for my child. The person who answered the phone was so rude and condescondescending. I told them when I called the office 2 weeks ago, I was told to call at 10am and if they only started answering how did all of the courses fill in 3 minutes. When I asked how all of the courses could have filled, they said "Do you reall want me to explain to you?". They only open their phone lines at 10:30 and all of the courses were filled by returning families. They played the "I don't know who you talked to 2 weeks ago" card, then continued to be defensive about their flawed business model and terrible customer service. Maybe if you are a returning family, this place is decent, but if you are not a returning family, DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME with a phone call or any further research on this company.

My daughter went to Gilbert Junior High. The only negative was the Gilbert School district. They…read moretried to close this school and use it for Gilbert Classical Academy. While at this school my daughter flourished and was in the Junior Honors Society. She then was put through more inane manipulations sent to Highland High School and became agitated and hated going there. She was picked on by a certain religion that she did not belong to and the staff was completely incompetent. Add to this a HORRIBLE, NASTY and mean math teacher that is STILL THERE and it was a really bad year. I made the choice to move her to Gilbert High School and guess what? 4.0 average, got student of the month one month and is once again flourishing. I hate Gilbert School district for their apathy in dealing with horrible teachers. I applaud the staff at Gilbert that can do so well in a district that is so inept and so corrupt. God bless them and the difference that they have made in my daughters life. Highland, not so much.

How embarrassing for the school that a faculty member trashes a small local business that was willing to help. Wade Baize should be ashamed of himself. The entitlement is off the charts.
