There is another handyman that has 100% 5 stars rating but they are fully booked until end of July. I'm able to connect with Seth over the phone and he's very responsive with my text (over the July 4th weekend) as well so I took the bet. While I'm not there in person, I can fully rely on him. Seth would update me on timing when he's heading to my unit, send me pictures after he'd done and upload invoice for me via email. Everything is so seamless.
