We were extremely distraught, fearing that our home would not be corrected properly and that its resale value would be significantly compromised. To complicate matters, we have popcorn ceilings and did not want three rooms with flat ceilings while the rest of the house remained textured. We decided to have the damaged areas corrected to match the existing popcorn texture. We asked the insulation installer to contact Humphrey Drywall of High Point, NC, as we had previously used them for a small job with excellent results. It has now been 11 days since we left Mr. Stone a voice message and I repeated my phone number in that message. We do expect a call back from folks we call. Most annoying. Asked for stump removal of a 1 acre lot & lot be flattened so i could mow an orchard. Due to heavy rain, the lot was left with 6" deep dozer tracks for me to mower over. They still haven't subsided after 4 months. --Asked for valley that occasionally got muddy be filled in, but it somehow got dug deeper & held standing water for over a month. Said he come back to remedy the valley full of water, but never heard from him again. --Asked to have debris piled up from edge of orchard to 10' away from edge. This was done on most of the lot, but the but the remaining perimeter was left a 20' gap bewteen the orchard edge and the start of the debris. This wasted(blocked off) over 2000 square foot of planting space I could have used for my orchard.
