I've scheduled a pickup and I'm excited to see how everything turns out! *** I called a few days ago to do the pickup/delivery service everyone talks about and the man who answered said "no they don't do that." However, I ended up messaging here on yelp since I did see so many reviews about it! The told me to call to setup an account for pickup/delivery. I called again today and when I asked to set up an account, the man hung up the phone on me. I'm disappointed because I was really excited to try out the pickup/delivery service everyone is raving about! However, it looks like I won't be able to.

TLDR: Great for Dry Cleaning and Wash & Fold, but Alterations Can Be Hit or Miss…read more I've had a good experience with this dry cleaner, especially for their wash and fold service--they're quick and do a great job! I also had some pants hemmed, and that turned out well. However, I had a hole repaired in a pair of jeggings, and unfortunately, the patch they used was so thick that it affected the fit and look of the pants. Overall, it's a solid option, especially when you're in a pinch, but I'd be cautious with certain alterations.

I am so excited to have found King Organic! And to leave a review to hopefully send more people…read moretheir way. Worth it, trust me. What I had done: 1. The tailor (who was super nice and knowledgeable about what works best with the design of your clothing) took my new leather jacket and created a pocket on the inside to hold my phone and any other little things I need. He cut into the patterned fabric and put a zipper pocket- it's so perfect it looks like it came that way! ($25) 2. A new zipper for a designer pair of jeans ($7) 3. Turned wide leg suit pants into slim fit ($10) and I didn't even have to try them on- he just knew! 4. A faux fur collar that I spilled beer on last year. I tried, unsuccessfully, to remove the beer many many times. But they did it perfectly! ($4) And the best part is that I brought everything in on Saturday afternoon and they had it finished by Monday. When I was amazed, they told me they can do same day if you bring your stuff in before 11. The other place just down the road used to take 5-6 days just to clean one shirt and charges WAY too much for their slow service and shitty attitudes. The owners and everyone at King Organic were really nice, and remembered me when I came back in- they knew which stuff was mine and right where it was. If I sound over-excited, it's because I am. I had such a terrible dry cleaner before I found this place and the tailor I went to was wayyyyy out of my way. Thank you guys! I will be back!

Not impressed!…read more Decided to take two long overdue pieces here as I just moved to the area. The button on my jacket was sewn on perfectly and that's the extent of what went right. My jacket has not been cleaned - one obvious stain on the collar and many bits of fuzz and hairs all over that I didn't even notice when I dropped it off. I also had my pants hemmed. The length is great but the hem is not seen all the way around. Has only been done half way on one leg and on and off on the other. If I put them on too quickly I will need to have it done again. In an area with many competitors I'll try elsewhere in hopes to get the full job done next time.

The facility is spotless and the machines are all in excellent working condition. I find the "wash and fold" service is a tremendous help and the option of having it both picked up and delivered back to me is so convenient. All items are perfectly laundered and folded. It frees my time and spares me some hard labor. I highly recommend this laundromat. Barbara B.

The first time I use their drop off service I included my own detergent. When I received my clothes back our socks were separated in a different plastic bag, nice and neat. She is two years old so anyone with a child knows how messy it can get.. Lol.. But again I say great cleaning, packing, and just all around service. Despite when I move I will always return here!!! Initially, everything seemed straightforward, and I received a message at 6:47 PM stating that my laundry was ready. However, when I tried to schedule same-day delivery back to my home, that option wasn't available. I called the laundromat to clarify, and the experience quickly went downhill. The woman I spoke with was extremely unprofessional--she told me I was wrong, insisted my laundry wasn't ready, raised her voice, and ultimately hung up on me while I was trying to understand what was going on. Because of that interaction, I asked a friend who lives nearby to pick up my laundry even if it had not been serviced yet, as I didn't feel comfortable continuing the service. Shortly after, the same employee called me back to say it was a mistake and that my laundry was actually ready. There was no apology for the confusion or for how I was treated. When my friend arrived for pickup, there woman acknowledged the misunderstanding but offered no apology. While my laundry was completed, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing--especially for a paid rush service. I also ended up handling pickup myself instead of receiving the delivery I paid for. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer service, because this experience did not meet expectations.
