I didn't leave out any details. If I was nasty I'd understand your response, but attacking every customer that has something to say just isn't professional. To make matters worse, items don't even match what's advertised. The "cucumber salad" was nothing more than soggy lettuce and onions that looked like it had been sitting out for days.
