Amazing Sides and very delicious !

OK I must say that this place caught me by surprise it's in a strip mall parking lot it's kosher food and the food was absolutely amazing I got here at the end of the day so the waitress told me they were very limited to what they had left on the menu however she recommended the chicken marsala( faboulous) The chicken was nice and juicy Marcella sauce was absolutely amazing the side dishes that they bring out to the table we're just as phenomenal. The reason I gave it please a three star rating is because I assumed one of the owners asked me if it was OK if she smoked in the restaurant while I ate. I told her no however she shoved me off and let up the cigarette anyway and cannot laughed about it. Rude!

Located inside the festival flea market decided to give this place a try as it was very highly rated on yelp. Also looked modern and clean in comparison to the rest of the vendors. Counter worker name Nathan was very friendly and did a nice job selling his product. I finally decided on a Shawarma sandwich inside of Pita 'n Which Wich made to order. About 10 minutes later I got called up to the counter to customize my sandwich with fresh vegetables. I opted for the works extra spicy with extra tahini. The sandwich exceeded my expectations that was not the best I've ever had. While there I presume the owner showed me a new product he has called the falafel waffle where he presses falafel mix into a waffle iron and serves it with a salad on top. Very unique and I will consider trying that next time I'm in the area. I would definitely come back for round two. Strong recommendation and as far as festival fleamarket goes other than the knish place this is the place to eat.

This is the place you go to when you want home cooked meal. The menu changes daily and you are served with 7 different salads . And you always leave full and satisfied. The best part is the owner make you feel like your at home...

Everyone is treated like family here, and Nava serves her family delicious food. The kabob was wonderful. The salads were great, too.

I don't know if it's standard practice. From the looks of what would be the bar, I assume there is no liquor license. Many bottles of wine and limited beer options and no liquor bottles. The waiter said the owner doesn't serve cocktails tonight. ‍‍ The ice machine was broken. For the prices on menu items, there's no way that's acceptable. They could have brought in bags of ice, and we would have never known. We had no ice to go with our water and coke, and the beer was barely cool. Finally, we see bags of ice brought in and wasn't offered any. ‍‍ Tomahawk steak medium well was good, but I needed a little more seasoning. Mash potatoes tasted like freshly smashed potatoes and needed a little salt and butter, and the oyster mushrooms were a bit chewy with a charred taste. 3 Lamb chops were serves medium rare so it was requested to be well done then it was good, the spinach was bitter with no flavor and the rice tasted old as it was leftovers from previous day or days. Rice didn't taste freshly cooked at all. Bone in Ribeye medium rare was good with a Cesar salad that tasted strange. The Cesar dressing tasted like a blue cheese mixed with ranch and a vinegar. I don't know it just wasn't a good Ceasars dressing, and it was iceberg lettuce, not romaine. Overall, they prepared good steaks and good lamb chops, but they need to step it up on the sides. For the price of steak, they need to give a better portion and more than 3 lamb chops. For the quality of food it's an overpriced restaurant. Though the digital menu is up with technology, it's not truly functional. It's not user-friendly for older persons, and it had a glitch. They should consider a QR code. Overall, the ambiance is nice. The food was ok but overpriced. Stop in to support a small business. 1 issue I did have, the waiter didn't help us while ordering. My dad ordered rice with his lamb chops, not knowing that it came with rice, and the waiter said nothing. I was bothered, but 2 sides come with the steaks. My son didn't order any sides, so I requested that the rice be a side of my son's order. They corrected that with no problem. the spinach and the rice were removed from the bill. Customer service was decent.

I was surprised that the wait in line wasn't that bad. There was a security guard who directed me around the parking lot instead of being able to go straight. My ID was checked and they asked that I put down my back window so they could see inside my car for security purposes. I wasn't aware that there was a graduation going on. I had never been to Bagel Boss so I didn't know where it was. I was concerned that there wouldn't be parking so I asked the security guard about it. He was very nice and told me that he didn't know if there would be parking since there was a graduation going on but said that if I couldn't find parking, I could pull up next to the building since I would only be a few minutes. Luckily, there were a couple of open spots. I had to present my ID again when I got inside. Once you get inside, Bagel Boss is to your right. They had shelves filled with bagels and a lady was filling the display case with muffins and cookies. They didn't have descriptions of the bagels so I'm guessing as to what I got: Pumpernickel, Everything, Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Sesame & Onion (2). When you order through the TooGoodToGo App, it's a surprise as what you will get. I got 9 bagels for a total of $6.41! The guy who helped me told me that I could wrap the bagels in Saran Wrap and put them in the freezer; then when I'm ready to have one, I can just pop it in the toaster. I would slice the bagels before freezing them. I had the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel the next day (after it had been in the freezer). After it was toasted, it was light and crispy. I can't wait to try the other flavors!

Ordering online was easy, and pickup itself was quick and straightforward. However, when I got home, I realized that both tuna platters were missing the bagel chips--so essentially I paid $17 each for just two scoops of tuna. I called the restaurant and was told they were out of bagel chips. That explanation raised more questions than it answered. If an item is unavailable, why not notify the customer? A quick call, or even mentioning it at pickup, would have gone a long way. I would have happily substituted for a bagel or chosen something else. Instead, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. By that point, I was understandably frustrated, and the response at the counter didn't help--the staff seemed indifferent. They did replace the missing items with bagels, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was disappointing. I used to really enjoy Marian's under the previous ownership and was a regular customer. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the quality of service seems to have declined. We decided to give it another try, but this experience confirmed that it's just not worth it anymore. Disappointing, because this used to be a go-to spot.
