Banana, Cinnamon, Figs, & Walnuts Oatmeal Bowl

One of my fav places to stop by for lunch not too heavy and but enough to fill you up! With everything fresh and the vibes are cool. it's a must go to place! I usually get the Nutella bowl I would recommend it.

Located in the Monterra Shops on University Drive just south of Stirling Rd, this is one of the newer Playa Bowl locations. It's taken me a while to get here but had to try it out. This location seemed to have a lot of empty space when you first walk in. Not sure of how it can be used better but maybe doesn't seem as inviting as some of the other locations I have been to. Staff was friendly but it took a while to get my juice made. I asked for a swap on one of the ingredients and thankfully I watching it being made as the ingredient I asked to be swapped out was almost put in my juice. The juice was tasty but could have been a little bit colder. Will definitely come back though to try a bowl on another day for a sweet treat.

Cool spot for healthy bowls that always hits the spot. It's a chain location, but the quality is still really good. The service was super nice and cheerful, which made the experience smoother. There are lots of options to choose from, so there's something for everyone. All the peanut butter bowls and smoothies were my favorite, they had just the right mix of protein and flavor to be both satisfying and delicious. Whether you want something filling or just a quick, tasty snack, this place is a solid choice.

Grand Opening!

So today, if you were in line before 11 am, you got a free bowl. We arrived around 10:30 and figured we'd wait the till end of it. It was scorching heat. We earned every penny as we waited an hour and half to get these free bowls. The staff in the food truck gave out free samples and water bottles. We received promotions like buy one, get one. They had different venues there as they tried to introduce us to their products. There was a Photo Booth, Cooper City cheerleaders and a live DJ. I think this event was well planned out! Now to the food! We got to choose one bowl from their menu per person. Ended up costing $60 worth of food for 4 bowls, but because we arrived prior to 11 am, it was all free. The service was fast. The food portion for our bowls was more than enough. Tasted fresh, cool, and delicious. My personal favorite was the mango power. Just wish I could've added Nutella. My little family of four loved it! Everyone was smiling, eager to help and just overall great vibe inside. Would recommend 10/10

Another great location for playa bowls located in Cooper City right off Sheridan street and university drive. The artwork and seating area in here is super cute and worth stopping by to check out the delicious bowls and smoothies they offer. Along with that they also have coffee and juices plus other things to fuel you up. The service is always great as everyone is always in a good mood and willing to help you make the right

Great service! The place is so nice inside. I ordered a pura Vida bowel, it was delicious. Bowels are a really good size for the price.

After a hair appointment with my daughter, we were looking for something cool and refreshing, and…read more when we checked yelp for quick healthy bowls Bahia Bowls came up on near by places. Reviews were good so we decided to check them out. We each ordered a bowl. I had the Paradise Bowl and wanted to add a nut butter. The bowl comes with Pineapple and Mango Blend. Topped with Granola, Mango, Strawberry, Pineapple, Coconut Shavings and Sweetened Condensed Milk. I wanted to order a butter to it so the girl at the counter suggested the cookie butter since the pineapple has a tangy flavor, and it was the perfect recommendation. Everything blended so well, and the bowl was incredibly refreshing. My daughter ordered the açaí bowl with a little peanut butter, it came with organic Açaí blended strawberries and banana. Topped with granola, strawberries, banana, blueberries, coconut shavings, honey she loved it too. Both bowls were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The two employees who took our order were friendly, patient, and helpful while we decided. We never felt rushed, which made the experience even better. Bahia Bowl is located in the shopping center across from Cooper City High School. They have indoor seating if you want to stay and eat, although it seemed like many customers were grabbing takeout. Besides bowls, they also offer salads, wraps, smoothies, and breakfast toasts, so there's something for everyone. Bowls run about $8-$13 depending on what you order, salads are around $12, and breakfast toasts are about $9. If you're in the area and looking for a fresh, healthy, and cooling meal on a hot South Florida day, I'd definitely recommend stopping by Bahia Bowl!

I've been coming to Bahia Bowls since May, and I've always loved the food, but my recent experience…read morehas made me reconsider coming back. The food was good as always, and the service would have been top-notch if it weren't for the situation in the store. There were four young children, all appearing to be under 12, running around, being loud, taking orders, and helping prepare food alongside the actual employees. One of the children even took my order, and I was honestly shocked because he looked like he wasn't even 12 years old. What concerned me most was watching the actual employees in uniforms try to prepare orders while the children insisted on making the food themselves and taking orders away from them. The children also did not always wear gloves while handling food. This raised concerns for me about food safety and hygiene. I understand helping out, but having young children running around, causing a commotion, taking customer orders, and handling food without consistently wearing gloves is not the experience I expect when visiting a restaurant. It's disappointing because I genuinely love Bahia Bowls and have been a returning customer for months. However, the environment during this visit was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I shouldn't have to wonder who is preparing my food or whether proper hygiene practices are being followed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation, because I would hate to stop coming to a place whose food I have enjoyed for so long

There is a farmers market, a pet shop, The Twisted Tomato Cafe, Zen Bar, and Petting Zoo. There are events such as on Sundays there is live music. Sometimes there will be booths for local small businesses. Love Bowl - This açaí bowl was refreshing. If you dine in, it it served a cute ceramic bowl. They LOAD up their bowls with toppings which is my absolute favorite. The almond butter taste was very subtle. Zen Bowl - Another açaí bowl which tasted very similar to the Love bowl. Majik Bowl - This bowl was blue! Pretty refreshing I enjoyed it very much. Zen Kiss Smoothie - I enjoyed this as a safe smoothie option. The next item I would love to try are the Chia Pudding Cups which you can find in the fridge with the drinks.

Surprisingly, this organic cafe was not over priced with an array of flavorful options. Ordered a shot of pressed 100% raw organic juice flavored with elderberry, raspberry and honey, which was a delicious blend. Quickly guzzled the entire shot hoping to stimulate my system with vitamins and minerals. There were an assortment of therapy and calming jewelry for sale on the counter including polished stones, beaded bracelets with turtle charms, and amethyst cluster geodes, which provided a Zen vibe. Loved the wooden ranch style bench with the multi-colored throw pillows installing an inviting home sweet home feeling. The bathroom had tattered industrial style cement flooring and worn wooden cabinets continuing that old rustic decor, which is prevalent at a ranch.

As with everything, their prices have gone up in recent years but at least you can count on getting a delicious smoothie every time. I've noticed on most visits that it's usually pretty tidy. Although the cafe is on the smaller side it's good to see the employees do a good job staying on top of it. Not only that, they're always pretty friendly. You'll get efficient, accurate service here so there's not much more to ask for. Most times I'll just get a smoothie but their food options are pretty delicious. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but at least it's healthier than most food you can get prepared this fast. The chipotle chicken club & chicken pesto flatbreads are super flavorful (but more importantly, filling). At this point I've tried way too many of their smoothies to list but I have a few that are great go-to's. The Sunrise Sunset is a best seller for a reason. It's a little tart but balanced just right with a combination of strawberries, pineapple, mango & orange juice. The Blueberry Bliss (blueberries, strawberries & banana) & Paradise Point (strawberries, banana & pineapple) are also tasty options. Living in Florida, I feel like there's never a wrong time to have a smoothie. They're cold, refreshing, taste great & they're a bit filling. I know there's plenty of chains to pick from but TS has never done me wrong. I'll continue to choose them whenever I want my fix.

Luckily, as I was driving along University Dr., I spotted a Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the Lakeside Town Shop. It was quiet inside as a male and female employee were preparing and packing online orders. When the female employee was available, she took my order for a Beach Bum smoothie. The smoothie was very fruity and absolutely delicious! It was made with fresh strawberries, banana, and my choice of white chocolate. I usually take a picture of the smoothie for my review, but I was enjoying it too much. Before leaving, I saw an advertisement for the new Toasted Snack Rolls featuring Hawaiian Heat, Bacon Chipotle Chicken, and Turkey Bacon Honey Dijon. I'm looking forward to trying one on my next visit.
