He was kind, helpful, and even offered to change my bowl when I told him I didn't like the 2nd one (I told him it was ok because I'm not a fan of throwing away food). I loved the crunchy strawberry bowl it was delicious and I wish I bought the large one. The açaí primo was ok, turns out I am not a fan of açaí despite how many different places I've tried it at. However if you like açaí then you'll likely. I love that my bowls were topped with fresh fruit and both made to order. Extremely easy to find parking. Prices were reasonable compared to other similar places. Would highly recommend this location. Starting your Sunday afternoon at Jamba Juice is a great idea! With so many options to choose from, you can enjoy a smoothie, food, bowls and fresh juice and shots! There is a great variety of a little bit of everything on the menu and I'm sure you will find something you'd like! You can choose any of the daily specials that are offered Monday - Friday on Sunday because they are all available! I ordered the mango-a-go-go smoothie and the acai primo bowl and loved both of them! My favorite part of the mango-a-go-go smoothie was the mango and pineapple sherbet that you can taste! A great choice to cool down with on a hot day! The acai primo was delicious! It had the acai blend topped with strawberries, blueberries, bananas and granola! The restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly. Tim greeted me when I walked in and was very helpful, asking if I'd ever been and shared that any daily special was available. He was friendly to other customers as well, and even knew one customer by name and their order! It was great to see him providing such exceptional customer service and you can tell he cares about the establishment and the customers. Jamba Juice is more than just juice. I mean, they have freshly squeezed juice though and that's what makes them different. But they also have other things such as smoothies and açaí bowls. Everything is super fresh and you can taste it. I come here for the smoothies. Before I was just going to Jamba once in a blue moon. Don't get me wrong, they have other great smoothie choices but their apples n green smoothie rocks my world! I never had anything like it and it is now my go to drink here. Something about it brings out the life and energy for me. Also, they have a 20% off purchase when you check in but they have a really hard time honoring it. Unpopular opinion, but peanut butter makes some of the best smoothies and I live by that. Jamba juice has one of my favorite renditions of peanut butter smoothie, the pb + protein, which they let you further customize with whey vs soy protein for the smoothie. The few times i deviate from my regular obsession, I haven't been disappointed by their other fruitier options. They also have acai bowls and some juices to pick from as well. August 20th, 2022. Placed an online order at 8:30pm. Went to pick it up and I was told when I arrived "it was being made". Five in-store customers place orders and three of them left with their orders while I was still waiting for my online order. When I approached the only two girls working at the place that night, I was told - "the order never came through" ...i said to her -why didn't you tell me so while I waited here for 20 minutes...I showed her the electronic receipt, it said: "We got your order". They finally prepared the pretzels and the smoothies were made 10 minutes later. They packed smoothies together with the hot pretzels in a plastic bag. Needless to say the pretzels got cold and soggy. On my way home, I noticed one smoothie was missing. I called and they said it was only three, I ordered. Again, I showed her the receipt and sure enough, it was FOUR! (I know what I had ordered). This is not the first time I have issues when I order at this location. They offer terrible customer and lack of control when preparing orders. I'm not going through this experience again. I'm done with JAMBA JUICE and their undesirable customer service. read more

Although theres no line, customer service need a improvement. The cashiers are not approachable and they do not greet you when you come in.
