I haven't been here in a really long time, the last time I visited it was called Jamba Juice instead of just Jamba. They now have other items besides juice, hence the name change. The prices have gone up a lot but my mango tango drink was just as good as I remember it. Nice and refreshing and I did my best to forget about the amount of sugar I was consuming! They now offer things like mozzarella and herb bites, chicken empanadas, bowls made with oatmeal or infused yogurt and waffles . They also sell pretzels and smash bites. This location has been around for many years & although I just recently started coming back, I've never experienced any issues when ordering from here. No matter what time of day, the inside dining area is always kept clean, tables are wiped down & the floor never really has any significant trash on it. There always seems to be new faces when I visit but whoever serves me usually has a good attitude. They're respectful & don't seem to mind if you ask questions or need modifications done to your order. Whether you decide to order inside or use the app to get it ahead, they're never slow here. Orders are prepared in a very timely manner & come out correct. There's plenty of parking available because it's located in a large shopping center so that's also a plus! You'll be able to get exactly what you need & be on your way quickly. As much as I'd like to give it a 5, I simply can't with how high the prices have gotten. I understand that most things are more expensive than they were a few years ago but asking almost $7 for a SMALL seems like an absolute ripoff. Fortunately, the quality of their smoothies haven't changed & they're still as delicious as always but I personally can't justify paying that. It has been a while since I was last here and I am for sure glad that nothing has changed for the worst. Everything is as perfect as I remember it was. Upon entering, they have removed some of the places to sit and drink so it is basically a to-go stop now due to the ongoing covid pandemic. I was greeted the second I opened the door, and felt safe because everyone was wearing masks and practicing distancing all around. They have a pretty nice selection of drinks, as well as smoothie bowls and health "shots". My order this trip was the Razzmatazz, which is Grape Pear Berry Juice Blend, Orange Sherbet , Strawberries, and bananas. The drink was a little on the pricy side for a 16 ounce drinking, costing roughly $6.50 but the flavors of the drink were spectacular, each ingredient blended perfectly and the right amount of each! The service was great and the employees answered a couple questions I had about a couple different drinks that I wasn't sure about. This location is great and easy to get into. It's on the corner of many great places in a plaza. The menu was easy to read. You can also order stuff that's not on the menu. I always get banana berry smoothie. And it's been my favorite ever since. You can't find it on the menu but I'm so glad they still make it. With bananas berry and I'm sure it's some kind of milk blended. I've tried other flavors in the past they are all pretty good they also have some food choices booster flavors. Snacks. Kids drinks and more. The staff is super friendly helpful. And the drinks come out quick. One day I'll have to try the food . Everytime I go in there there's no line which is super surprising but it is near a Starbucks I would chose a smoothie any day. It's a great on the go place. They have rewards. And. I tried calling multiple times beforehand to let them know and no one picked up. The acai itself was made fairly quickly which was nice. The actual bowl wasn't as full as I usually get them in other locations (like at FIU campus). The "smoothie" part of it was way too frozen and didn't really have the creamy texture I like but the taste was good. Absolutely despicable place. It takes me a lot to ever leave a negative review and this will be my first yet. From the moment I walked in the woman at the front register had the nastiest attitude. There were only 2 women in the store working on 9/25/22 around 545 pm and the only other one was in the back making the smoothies. There is a chance the woman I'm speaking of is Khara the manager. I must have taken up all of 5 minutes of her precious time and she made it very clear she would rather be doing anything else in the world but helping me with my simple smoothie order. Her dismissive attitude got bad enough to the point where I just walked out despite being starving. This person doesn't belong in anything customer service related and I'm shocked she ever even landed a job here. It reflects as a whole on Jamba Juice values or rather lack thereof of. I waited a long time before putting this review here. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING FOR ICE. I usually go on a run on Saturdays and have a juice afterwards, but I have been avoiding this location and here is why. Every time I order a juice with protein, there so much left in the blender that I am paying for protein to be dumped down the drain. Today my husband and I ordered a larger drink each and when I saw there was so much left over I asked for the remainder and as you can see in the picture there was almost a medium cup left over. I was not able to finish it all and again wasted my money on protein I did not drink. This is a constant problem in this place, o couple of weeks ago I asked the guy to redo my drink and he refused so I than asked for my money back and than he did it again. The managers I've had at first were all awesome, loved them. But the manager I've had recently (2021) is one of the worse managers I've encountered in my year & 10 months working here. Very Selfish, Doesn't care about the workers at all, Guilt trips the workers ALOT. Only does things that convenience them. Just negative. Other workers are great...but the manager?
