Always professional, know what the heck they're doing/talking about, and the line moves quite smoothly, unless of course a customer comes in who has no idea what they're doing which is on the customer, not the employees. This branch does not have a package drop-off bin in the lobby, which was a surprise to me for such a large branch. So if you need to drop off a package that is larger than the standard mail drawer after hours/on the weekend, you're SOL.
