I was referred to Connie by a friend at the Pet Supermarket on Michigan Ave, and I could not be happier. First, Connie texts and is very responsive. Secondly, there aren't 8 dog tables with 8 other dogs being groomed when I bring my dog in. It is a calm clean and inviting setting that makes the hand off relaxing and not over stimulating for the dog. She took just over 2 hours for a full groom- 5 hours less than Petsmart. And above all else my dog was absolutely beautiful and appeared to be very relaxed and comfortable during the groom. The price was 75.00 making it a super value for such a high quality groom. Connie is all around a master in her profession, is very friendly and knowledgeable and provides an exceptional experience for dog and owner and at an exceptional price. From when you walk in you are greeted by their lovely colorful parrots, who are super adorable and sweet! As you walk around, you see many amazing things you won't see at a normal pet store. The staff opened the top of the enclosure and let me shoot away even though I had said I was not going to buy it because of my dogs. They have an even cuter one for sale now! Pet Supermarket offers seniors and military 10 percent off your purchase the last Tuesday of the month. In addition the rewards program builds credit towards dollars off a future purchase. I am always presently surprised when they announce I have a $5 credit to use. The manager and staff will share your status on points and I find they want to help me find the right merchandise at a price I can afford. This chain is big on philanthropic pet causes. They have a bin to collect pet related food and merchandise which is donated to pet shelters. They feature a rescue cat for adoption. Presently they are collecting donations to assist the Orlando/Sanford Pet Alliance after a devastating fire that consumed the shelter. They have a large variety of treats and they frequently have sales on these and pet food. I like that they carry a full line of products from flea prevention to crates and lots of fun toys for pets.

The store was super clean and organized - you wouldn't think that this was a pet store. The cats were sleeping and birds were chirping. All very healthy and peaceful. Zachary helped me find some hairball treats without having to look around the store. Saved me a lot of time to head back to my senior cat and give him the aid he needs.
