I've been taking my pups to Woof Gangs for grooming since 2019…read more Primarily I've been going to the location in Waterford Lakes, now the Nona location is much closer to me and my preferred location. I brought both of my dogs in for grooming recently, after a fairly traumatic incident with a previous grooming experience (at a different groomer) I was quite nervous for how my youngest dog would react to the groomer. Katie, the groomer at Woof Gangs was fantastic. From the moment we walked in she quickly came up with a plan that would prevent my dog from having a break down, and got her back to me fully groomed within 35 minutes. Our other dog, is a large poodle and has a ton of complicated hair. Katie took great care of him and spent the time to ensure she was able to get his fur in great shape for the summer. Our dog has never had a better hair cut in the time we've had him than our last appointment. I would be remiss to leave out the staff behind the counter, everyone who I've interacted with at this location was fantastic. Even after a slight miscommunication on my part, the grooming went off without a hitch! Not looking for grooming? Woof Gangs has so many other fantastic items for you pet such as food, dog treats, CBD treats for calming, custom birthday goodies for your pup, and some high end refrigerated dog food. I like to get the treats for our dogs here because they have high quality treats without extra fillers and garbage.

Don't reccomend Vanessa as a groomer. I'm extremely…read moredisappointed with the grooming my dog received. The haircut had no style, no shape, and looks completely careless--like something done to a stray ("sato") dog, not a pet brought to a professional groomer. To make matters worse, you even put a male dog's bandana on my female dog. That just shows a complete lack of attention or care for even the most basic details. This whole experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and impersonal. I won't be coming back, and I'll be making sure others are aware of the quality of service provided.

I noticed an item I paid for today wasn't in my bag. I'll have to call the store in the morning since they aren't open. We realized when we got home. I think it may have been because our cashier took the items out for the dog and went to open them up for us. She was so sweet. I'm wondering if she maybe confused the bags with the items and put the gecko food in another bag. It was expensive and I really don't want to have to buy it again so I'm hoping it's still in the bag there. During our visit we walked around with Miso to see if he liked any toys specifically. We found quite a few that he liked so we purchased them. My oldest son needed some food for his gecko which I had to have him add water to the little bit of food that was left in the geckos bowl to last until tomorrow since we did not have the gecko food when we came home -we noticed it was not in the bag. I also had a pick up order that I placed yesterday but did not get the chance to pick up so we came by today to pick that one up as well. Heaven was our cashier and she was very friendly and kind. She actually helped us the last time too and gave our puppy Miso a treat. This time around she opened his toys for him so I could let him play with them in the car. We will be back again soon. Hopefully to grab the gecko food that was left behind and possibly get more toys for our pets.

He helped us choose a comfortable cage that would be best for transporting. He helped us to think through the experience from her perspective. He made us feel like he understood our concerns and went out of his way to make us feel better about it. Thanks.

Dear Owners of Woof Gang bakery Grooming,…read more I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an incident that occurred today, October 29, 2025. As a loyal customer of Woof Gang for over a year, consistently paying $130.00, including gratuities, on a three-week basis, I had an extremely disappointing experience under the new ownership. Today, I had to wait for four hours for my dog, Faithy, to be fully groomed, which included a Blueberry Facial. After three hours, I received a text notification, along with two photos, informing me that Faithy had a bowel movement. The message further stated that if this happened again, she would be sent home as is, due to the delay caused by other dogs (eight dogs on the roster and only one groomer). Natalie, the groomer, would finish Faithy's grooming once she got through the others, but it would take a while longer. I am appalled by this subpar treatment and the lack of proper service. Faithy's hair around her eyes and face was not trimmed as requested, her nails were not cut, and the overall service was horrific. Furthermore, the communication regarding the delays and the handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. As a dedicated customer, I would like to understand your policy on sending a dog home if they have defecated. Additionally, I would appreciate knowing what steps you plan to take to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Your prompt attention. still waiting....no response.

We saw this newly opened store and just had to stop by, and we're so glad we did! We were immediately and warmly greeted by Julie. She gave our little Olive so much love and presented her with a sample board of treats to try! Peanut butter, meatloaf, salmon, and even alligator treats, to name only a few! Olive ended up choosing a bag of the soft, high-quality salmon treats ($6). Among the various delicious treats (Olive told me so), there are numerous other pet related products. Dog clothes, toys, collars, strollers, to even great items for the pet parent such as stickers, keychains, dog themed beverage containers, purses, wallets, shirts, and even darling dog breed Croc shoe charms. Anything you could think of, they carry it. Prices were extremely reasonable, too! To top it off, Julie asked if Olive would like her photo taken to go on the store's digital wall of "pupstomers." Olive was thrilled with the extra attention ;-) A special thanks to Julie for making our visit such a joyous and memorable one. We HIGHLY recommend you visit this store!

I had to board my three dogs for the Thanksgiving weekend. This was a location I found that I…read morethought would best be suitable for them. I knew the price was going to be expensive especially since it was happening the week of Thanksgiving. However, I did get a nice discount by showing them my teacher ID which saved me $100 on my total, so that was nice. The staff here seemed pretty nice. I had no issue with check in or dealing with the staff. They seemed knowledgable and friendly. The facility has cameras all over where you can tune in for free via their webcams and see what your dogs are up to when they are at play time. When we dropped them off on Thursday I saw them on the webcam outside hanging out with other dogs. I felt pretty good when I saw my dogs having fun with the other doggies. Unfortunately, this was the last time I ever saw them on the webcams. I was on a cruise from Friday till Monday. I bought the internet package on my cruise specifically so I could check in on my dogs to see how they were doing. I did not have a schedule for when my dogs would be outside for play time to check in on them. Therefore, it was all chance and luck. Well, either I was very unlucky or something fishy was going on. On Friday morning, I logged in at 6 AM and did not see my dogs outside, but did see other dogs outside with one of the handlers. Later on in the day, I checked in again around 10 AM and 11 AM--still did not see my dogs. I continued this process for the next several days at random times, (6, 7, 10, 11, 1, 3, 4, & 5 PM) and I still never saw any of my dogs on any of the webcams. I thought it was really strange though that I kept seeing the same batches of dogs other than my own. On Monday, I came to pick up my dogs. They looked and acted fine, but I still wonder to this day why I never had the chance to see them on webcam. It just left a weird feeling in my gut. On top of that, I only received one report card about how my dog did while I was gone. The responses to how my dog did felt very AI-generated and not personable. So at the end of the day I have no idea what happened with my dogs' stay at Pet Paradise. Hopefully they were treated well and got plenty of time to run around outside and socialize with other dogs because I never witnessed it besides day one.
