They have an entire aisle, dedicated to litter boxes at the store, which was great. There are a lot of varieties to choose from, and I ultimately chose a corner style box. But while I was there, I was able look at the Halloween stuff for pets, including some of their specialty theme toys, which happened to include toys that were inspired by the movie wicked. The really cool thing was several of the different styles were actually on clearance so I was able to get cat toys for three or four dollars that are high-quality. They also had some of their Halloween pet costumes on sale and I was able to pick up a new bowtie collar for him for a measly three dollars.

The grooming team was very speedy and efficient! everyone was very friendly, and our puppy came back to us with a cute pink bandanna around her neck. She smelled so good, and her coat looked extremely shiny. Her nails were well trimmed, and the pads of her paws were also manicured. This will be our new go to grooming place, as they are reasonably priced and located right across the street from our new home. Thank you for taking great care of our sweet Marie!

Not to mention the smell and the cleanliness of this place the dust everywhere I get it some products don't get used often or you have a stock pile but removing them and cleaning up it is not that difficult. I've worked in Customer Service for basically my entire life, and while the gentleman was kind of nice was also very condescending like he knew everything. The problem with that is if you knew everything, the shop would not look the way it looked considering we were told that it was a family owned business, and he was part of the family. I would think you know you would have a little bit of say about how these animals are kept. THEY BROKE MY DOGS JAW…read more My friend recently went dropped off his dog for grooming and then when it was time to pick him up the dog, he was not groomed at all. Thinking they canceled the appointment due to nervousness or a bad reaction he took the dog home. The dog began exhibiting signs of immense pain causing my friend to take him to the emergency vet, where 700$ later they found out the jaw of the animal had been completely broken! My friend who was unable to cover the extensive reconstruction surgery was forced to euthanize his dog. no explanation or apology from woof gang. I felt it was important to report so that small Dogs could avoid attending this facility, until this issue has been resolved. I am encouraging my friend to file a police report.
