We arrived at the drive-thru recently to pick up a prescription for our daughter, and we were greeted by Valerie. Since it's that time of year when medical plans roll over, she initially thought that the script wasn't covered. We let her know that it was in fact covered, and she very politely asked us to hold tight while she did some research. Long story short, she handled everything, and we drove away with a prescription that was covered by insurance. Insurance companies are the epitome of evil with their ever-changing coverage allowances. We pay exorbitant premiums, and then they decide to not cover something because it would affect their bottom line. But I digress. When it comes to prescriptions, this store is one of the better ones within 2-3 local zip codes. And a special shout-out to Valerie. She's an outstanding ambassador.

I wasn't having luck with my previous foundations bc they broke me out a lot. I have sensitive skin so finding a decent foundation that wouldn't brake me out was difficult. The Lioele bb creams work great. Ever since I changed to using their bb cream and acne lotion, my face gets one or two breakouts here and there. My only concern is I tried going to their SE Houston location but had no luck finding them to be in business- kinda disappointing . Twice the times I visited they were closed. My advice would be calling ahead of time to see if they're open that day.

Should I try and win the Bronze Medal at the Olympics, to match my skin colour? Or-a-gold?…read more This is a cosmetics store inside the mall at Baybrook. I understand the need to get customers but I'm surprised that the Mall lets people run around the Mall thoroughfares and physically accost girls by forcibly putting makeup on their faces. Kinda shocking. Some people like it, but I get the feeling most people don't, cuz the majority of people I know are consistently complaining about this kind of thing in some malls. So my suggestion would be that they ask such stores to not employ such tactics, but then maybe it's the only way they stay in business, how do I know. Perhaps they can offer them financial incentives to not do this, then the Mall gets to be a better place to shop, and the store doesn't lose much money. I personally am way more likely to take Barbie to a place that doesn't employ this tactic.
