Even though this location was closing the employee was very attentive, made my return transaction smooth, gave me advice on natural products and she was very patient with me. I wish I've gotten her name but I never shopped at Sally's before but I really love how they give you a month or two grace period if you don't like the products you can return them. I spent $65 on some hair care products that just didn't seem to add any value to my hair it did not live up to the expectations that I gave it so I returned the items within the same week of me purchasing them.
