Most of the time Kroger Pharmacy is awesome and amazing, but there have been a few issues that make it less than 5 stars. There have been a couple of mix ups with my insurance and what was covered and for how much but at least they are polite and helpful so that goes a long way. I do like that I can get refills through the Kroger app which is awesome. They're pretty good at letting me know when they're ready too. I wish they were open 24 hours like a Walgreens and it sometimes seems like they could use more staff. They say they offer the flu shot but I haven't gotten it here yet. I guess to need to do that! This would have been a 3 star review except for the awesome customer service I received today. That bumped it up and I appreciate the pharmacist and the staff for taking good care of me! They also told me about the GoodRX app to help with prescriptions that aren't covered by insurance so that was super awesome! It's for sure convenient as I shop here pretty much once a week; plus they take my insurance which is a biggie! So four stars well deserved!

Over the 2 days I worked at their house Mrs. Sullivan never complained about the work done. After the work was completed she informed me she did not like the work done & stated that I could not see very well. She has refused to pay for the materials I purchased & the labor I had done. I had even apologized for doing work she was not satisfied with and yet I received no compensation for 2 days of labor and material I had purchased.

I went into this Bath & Body Works location for the first time the other day. They had some great…read morespecials going $13.95 for 3-wick candles that are usually $27.95, and the body mists were marked down pretty steeply as well. I found some lotions and mists that compliment some seasonal body scrubs and washes I recently bought really well. I came home with two of the candles, The Perfect Christmas and Lavender & Pine. They smell so good. My home is currently decorated for Fall but already smelling like holiday cheer. The workers were very helpful. There was a young lady with the most beautiful curly black hair that helped me pick out the scents to match my body washes and one of the cashiers was kind and patient with helping me sign up for their rewards program which allowed me to get an additional $10 off my total purchase. It's nice not having to go inside a mall to get to a B&BW. I'm sure I'll be stopping by fairly regularly to try out new scents and to replenish my current ones once they've run out.

Tiffany is super friendly and very good at customer service. But not just that, she's good about building a relationship with the customer and making sure the product they provide will meet the needs of their customers. She was very thorough in asking me what my family needed as far as fillers, colors, coatings, etc. Previously, we had been driving more than an hour and half to pick up compounded medications. Now, our drive is only 30 minutes or so round trip. And the costs are similar so where we saved was in time and travel expenses. I am impressed and so happy to call this our new compounding pharmacy. Also, very happy our allergist told us about them because, even though we'd been in that shopping center many times, I never noticed the pharmacy (probably because we always commented on how funny it was that a flower shop was right next to an allergist). Tiffany said they opened in 2015. We started seeing the nearby allergist in June 2016, so it's always been there! Now that I have been there, I don't know how I missed it all these times!! Highly recommend!

They carried many of the same brands as the uniform shops near the Medical Center at a better price. As time went on, we needed basic medical supplies for my Mom. Again, we went to Bayshore Medical Supply. David and Kathy have always been so courteous and helpful, why would we go anywhere else? When my husband's health began to decline, he decided he needed a medical recliner, one that would lift you up out of the chair. We went to Bayshore Medical right away and my husband found what he wanted. Before we bought it, we shopped a couple of furniture stores that carry "medical" recliners. They cost as much as the one we liked at Bayshore Medical but did NOT have all the features. Needless to say, we bought from Bayshore Medical. We were thrilled with the chair!! My husband, Ray, practically lived in it. Fast forward a year or so, the heat/vibration control stopped working. Ray called Bayshore Medical and David said he'd order another hand control right away and come install it as soon as it came in. It came in quickly and David came out as soon as he got it. Once he got the chair in position to replace the controller, he saw that it had come unplugged. He simply plugged it back in and Ray was back in business. He didn't charge us for coming out and left the new controller with us in case we ever need it. Now I'm ready for a recliner and we didn't waste time looking around. We went straight to David. I want a petite chair, one that "fits" me so my feet will touch the floor when I'm not reclining. David didn't have a small chair in the one I liked the best. He said he needed one for his showroom anyway so he would order one. No obligation to buy......simply wanting me to see and sit in the chair I think I want. Well, I did that today and I bought it before I left the store! It has ALL the bells and whistles! Can't wait! Do yourself a favor and don't waste time anywhere else.
