It is not at all like your "typical" workout center. Everyone supports you right where you are in your fitness journey. I'm probably in the best shape I've been in for years! They offer not only cycling, core, yoga, pilates, barre and strength classes, but infrared therapy, salt booth, massage, PT, IV and more! I have had a few questionable experiences with injections/ infusions in the past, so I tend to be nervous around needles. Hope is great.
