The "Medical Director" Darshana Sheth is an uncaring hack that should be banned from dealing with customers ever again. Its a very long and horrible story, but the crux of it is that I bought over a thousand dollars worth of services and products and was received one out of three of my facial treatments and could never get another because that woman apparently relocated to Georgia and got 2 out of 3 months of weight loss injections thay did absolutely nothing for me with zero guidance or alternative measures from the medical director. After at least a dozen phone calls to their office (as I mentioned, Elizabeth has been very sympathetic and tried to be helpful) and numerous calls to the main office in the Woodlands, I still have had no resolution or even a suggestion of how they could make this right, I am forced to take them to Small Claims court to try to get my money back.
