I'm probably in the best shape I've been in for years! They offer not only cycling, core, yoga, pilates, barre and strength classes, but infrared therapy, salt booth, massage, PT, IV and more! August 17, 2021 I've…read morebeen by there twice this week to volunteer to visit anyone that might be hanging outside (inside isn't allowed because of covid) The staff is nice and the place doesn't smell like a nursing home which is surprising! I'm impressed. They are (as is most nursing homes) short staffed. I met a few ladies who have no family that visit them... so sad. I will bring them cards and treats ...because it's what I would want if I were them. This location is literally the last street off the seawall before it changes names to FM 3005

And she told the other aide can you tell I'm overwhelmed? Not liking the vibe here at alljust heard another aide arguing and snapping with an elder! This list is just keeps getting longer and longer! I have had a few questionable experiences with injections/ infusions in the past, so I tend to be nervous around needles. Hope is great. The office is clean, the ladies in the front are very kind and full of smiles. I was given the treatment by the Nurse Practitioner Abiola and she was amazing!!! She's very knowledgeable and a kind hearted person. I love that she didn't hurt me at all when she inserted the IV. I feel the difference in my body already having the infusion and I feel energized.
