Serenity is a joke and only cares about your money not your concerns or any safety. The inside looked very depressing and almost felt like being in a psychiatric facility.

After traveling to Galveston, spending $1200 and getting no results, I would not recommend Beautiful Laser to anyone -- I feel totally taken advantage of!
