Wow! Clean, quiet, quality mani pedi where they took their time, great mimosa, new massage chairs that work and a free gift for coming in! Tools were clean and sterile. We'll be back. Needed a change from our regular place by Target. 4/9/24 Vivian and Kathy were super! Very relaxing and shiny buffed nails for us both. We get the $55 ice dancer pedicure, plus basic manicure. $5 extra for buffed shiny now. No more keeping track of the cards, now they have an automated rewards system. 2/25/25. Came here on a Sunday because my regular place was closed. Six employees all busy, but nobody waiting. Asked us to pick color. Sat in pedicure chair and waited. I think they should at least put some water in tub...my toes are cold. Lol. Smells like a sewer backed up in here. TV not working. Music is playing. Its been 12 minutes now....finally getting water! Workers talk back and forth constantly. Chairs are better than most places. I did like that they picked up my shoes and took them to the drying stand for me. I got a bikini wax. First of all, almost all the enployees are vietnamese, half of them don't speak english. Second of all, the waxing is half done, when i check after we done, it was so messy, i couldn't see of there is a still hair or not. After i took a shower, the wax was half done. Came here during Christmas, place was super packed and I didn't have an appointment but Lily squeezed me in. I didn't wait that long (considering I did not have an appointment) she gave me a 10% off for waiting and a Korean green tea lotion. I had a full set done with chrome and I liked how she shaped my nails. Two weeks later and it's still looking good so I went back for the second time for a refill. The place is ok, can use some dusting on the counter(hence the 3 stars) but great selection of powder and gel colors. Lily works super fast, doesn't talk much but she gets the job done. I visited during Spring Break 2022 and needed to get my nails done. I decided to come here on Thursday and called to see if they could see me right away. I was told to come in at 1:30. I came in and everyone was quite busy working with customers. I told them I had called and was told to come in at 1:30. They immediately asked me to pick a color. After I decided the color, I sat down and waited for about 15-20 minutes before I was asked to have a seat at a nail station. My technician, Van seemed very nice, and after showing her a picture of what I wanted, she felt very confident she could deliver. As more customers walked in, Van seemed like she needed to rush. She worked on my nails hurriedly as more and more customers arrived. It didn't bother me at first because she was doing a really good job until she slighted me on the accent nail. I had to tell her that the glitter was not there anymore and that she needed to add more. The part that did annoy me was that at the very end, my hands were dusty and she told me I could go. I asked her about cleaning up my hands and showed her the ashyness. She said that I needed the oil and she proceeded to literally swipe my nails with one swipe really fast and told me to go wash them while she immediately addressed and seated another customer. Overall, I would come back and maybe select another technician that I noticed didn't seem to be in a hurry because of the number of customers coming in, and the nail service she was providing was awesome! read more

My boyfriend and I came here while on vacation in Galveston. We chose two different pedicures yet they charged me twice for my more expensive one, instead of his $25 basic pedicure. They use literal kitchen timers while doing pedicures, which I thought was really annoying because it kept going off during the pedicure, I assume telling them to move on to the next part. I wasn't too worried because we had time before our boarding time for our cruise, but there was only one staff member there and an influx of customers came and everyone had to wait except one person who had an appointment. Most of the nail salons I go to have tv or music going and this place was just so peaceful and with candles lit throughout the salon.
