It's been months since I got a pedicure, and I'm glad that I chose Joy Nails. I was immediately taken to a seat and offered a drink when I arrived. The facility was clean and staff was friendly and talkative but not too much (if you know what I mean). Ken did my pedi and he was wonderful. I left feeling relaxed and with pretty toes read more

This is 2 days after a manicure. I would not recommend. They didn't do any cuticle work on my toenails for pedicure, and the manicure did not last. Poor quality. They ask you to do a google review immediately when paying ,so my guess is they have a higher # of reviews for that reason alone. If you are in town visiting, pick a different salon. read more

Came in before our cruise and got my daughter and niece's, nails and toes done. Lots of pedicure massage chairs and nail stations...they were able to take us in right away, no wait. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! read more

They brought us in and treated us like family! They get you seated on very clean chairs, get you a drink, turn on the chair massage if you like it, and get to work! The work ethic and pampering with their pedicure services was top notch. The wax treatment feels great and gets rid of the dead skin. My wife's toe nail polish was done tastefully, artistically, perfectly, down to the highlights and shadows of each petal on her toe nail. read more

Wonderful people, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service! I will definitely make this my go-to nail salon.

Walked in and were greeted with smiles. Glad they took us for mani/pedis. Super high quality service and very reasonably priced. Great foot/leg massage especially with the hot wax and hot stones. Overall experience lasted 90 minutes. Wonderful to meet the owner who stopped by to chat and asked where we were visiting from. His son was kind enough to point us to a place to dance at on the island. Great service, kind professionals, and very clean salon. read more

I paid for a cuticle trim, yet, cuticles remain. This was a brand new full set. 10 hours after my visit I took this photo and it looks like a fill is needed. The tips look awful, it's like he referenced some cheap Amazon press on nails in his mind. I will not waste my money on this salon, the owner has salons in multiple states so I hope this review is helpful for Residents and travelers alike. I will be requesting a full refund, I'll share how it's handled. My shoes were brand new, I left looking like 'they' need a deep-clean. The employees stared at me, like they held a special interest in me alone, to that I say, take a picture it's lasts longer. Or watch your recordings of me. ‍ read more

I made an appointment for 4 pedicures and 3 nails and they did all the pedicures and 2 nails and I was not taken over people that came in after me - my pedicure tech was fantastic and nice - everyone was super nice but not organized for the customers that make appointments - Not happy that I had to go to another place to get my nails done - KT Nails for the WIN!!! read more

I just had the worst pedicure I have ever had. It was as though the lady, Helen, was pretending to do a pedicure, but not really. I could have trimmed and painted my own toenails at home for much less money if I had realized beforehand. I am a senior on a strict budget who RARELY treats myself to a pedicure. Now I have wasted $40 on a farce. My feet are just as rough as they were before I went in. Very disappointing. Spend your money somewhere else if you want a REAL pedicure. read more

No frills nail salon! Friendly, older employees who don't try to sell you anything except what you ask for. I got a basic mani with regular polish for engagement photos. I had an older gentleman who was so nice, and took his time with shaping & cuticles. The original color was paler than what I wanted, and he was happy to erase literally the entire thing and start over again. Manager took over for the 2nd round and we got the color perfect. 10% off if you're a teacher or UTMB employee. The most amazing part - price. I was stunned when the bill was $14.40. No attitude. No upselling any other service. I don't even think I can eat a meal for that price anymore. Will be coming back! read more

I would definitely recommend this place. I come here every time I travel to the area. It's my go-to spot! It's always clean and so is the bathroom. I love the service: quick, friendly, and personable. The staff are fantastic. They accommodated what I wanted and responsive to my requests. I love the complimentary beverage. read more

Went here on a Monday, late in the morning. Walked in the door and was made to feel like you're bothering them. They just stare at you. Lol. While they have a lot of Christian phrases plastered on the walls, there is no joy in the facility. All the staff acted like they were forced to work. Everyone had puss face. The pedicures we received were average at best. My polish chipped after two days. We won't be back. read more

Tammie is exceptional! The employees are all very friendly, will definitely be back. It's worth the hour drive.

So disappointed in this place! my friend that I was with had surgery about a week ago and the tech that was doing her pedicure, just kept asking about my friend's surgery, that is personal and she should not ever do that! She was not in the mood to discuss! This woman would not let up and just kept asking questions I would not recommend this place to anyone read more

Jasmine is amazing. Great salon. I go for manis and pedis and get great service. Recommend.

The staff is pretty awesome very welcoming. They have very good quality. I am a very picky person since I grow my own nails and I like them looking natural not fake. They did an amazing job. Pedicure was great also. My daughter and I were very satisfied with all the smiles the talks and jokes. Very friendly and super busy which means they are good. My sons friend recommended us the place since we are from outside the area. Not disappointed at all. read more

March 3, 2022 Haven't been here in a while and today was the day Got refill (shellac) and a pedi... it all came out as I wanted. Both locations are consistently good. Salon still practices clean and safe protocols, which to me is important This is their 9th year in business and since 2018, the public voted them FIRST PLACE as the BEST SALON on the island! THAT says a lot in itself. I appreciate this salon not raising their prices like EVERYONE else has. Thank you. read more

Love my service I got a pedicure and full set , my boyfriend got deluxe pedi! We will be back!

I stopped in to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome. I asked if they did structured gel. I was told yes. When I arrived for my appointment I asked again about the structured gel. Three times I asked. What I got was acrylic and it truly didn't click for me until one hand was completed. I'm in town for the month. I won't go back. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the nail service I received on 11/4/24. Despite paying 69$, the finished product is far below acceptable standards. My nails look uneven, the polish is blotchy, and the overall appearance is unprofessional and not what I wanted. This is not what I would've paid for what I got. I am very disappointed with the quality of work. Sincerely, Tori read more

I was really happy with their services until I paid for individual eyelash extensions and found out she used eyelash clusters instead. I only found out because they were less than 10 hours old and started falling out. I'm so upset and I feel betrayed. Got a pedicure. Took me right in, of course the season has started yet for pedicures. Very quick, good job. So very kind. I'd go back.

Dan did the best acrylic ombré nails I have ever had. He listened to what I wanted, was fast, efficient & professional. I will go back again & again. Also got lash extensions. Don't know the lady's name but she did them exactly the way I wanted them done. I won't go anywhere else to get lashes done. Needless to say I am extremely happy with the services I received. read more

We visited Joy nails when we were on vacation. It was a nice clean shop and everyone was very friendly. I was very pleased with the quality of the work done on my acrylic nails and I loved the color! My girls also got their nails painted and the ladies there were so sweet with them. They talked about that all day long :-) We will definitely return because my girls will always remember how sweetly they were treated. Not to mention that my nails held up for three weeks!
