From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We both got a manicure and pedicure, and everything was wonderful. My manicure was done by Miss Elaine, and she did an incredible job! I showed her an inspiration photo, and she matched the color perfectly while making sure I loved the shape, length, and color throughout the entire appointment. I'll definitely be requesting her again! I also loved that they handed us a drink menu as soon as we sat down for our pedicures, with everything from beer, wine, and cocktails to plenty of non-alcoholic options. Today I had an uneventful experience with my pedicure, but unfortunately with my manicure, two of my nail beds started bleeding after the cuticles were trimmed (I think they went a bit too deep with cleaning up my cuticles). So next time I might ask the nail tech to go a bit easy on the cuticles, but she was very apologetic about it and that wouldn't deter me from going back. How many times do I have to go back to a salon to get a nail manicure repaired in the first four days. This time, I came in for a simple pedicure with a French design, but the technician who started it rushed, and the result looked terrible. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she began speaking to the tech LOUDLY AND ANGRILY. She seemed frustrated with me and was unfriendly while correcting the mistake (after waiting 15 minutes from already being there 1 1/2 hours) To make matters worse, another client came in asking for a polish change, and right after finishing the design on my last toe, the owner just got up without saying anything and went to assist them. I was left sitting there without pedicure slippers and had to ask another technician for help. After all of that, she still had the nerve to charge me an extra five dollars for the design. I would not recommend this place if you care about customer service--the staff seems more focused on rushing to the next customer than providing a good experience.

Someone in the cruise facebook page recommended this place so I decided to give it a try. It was great the service was 10/10 my nails looked beautiful and i walked out with zero complaints.
