They won't schedule in advance. They call when they just happen to be in the area. They won't commit to scheduling a certain day. We leave our fence locked for security reasons and need to plan to be home to let them spray. He blew me off and referred me to someone else because he couldn't even commit to just try calling me the day before to schedule. You have to fit his schedule at the last minute when he calls the day of or they won't work with you. Absolutely horrible customer service. I wouldn't give this company one star. If you are home all day everyday or don't care if they show up without you there, then this is for you. read more

We've been using Nature's Best for a few years now and couldn't be happier. We used to have a terrible Black Widow problem, I wouldn't even let our kids play in the backyard because if it. However, since Rudy started spraying, I haven't seen a single Black Widow on our property. I've been using this company since I bought my first home in 2014. They answer any questions I have regarding their spray. I recently got a dog and was concerned about the sprays they use and if it were to be harmful. I sent a text to the main number and they answered quickly. 5 stars are not enough to express my delight with Rudy (Nature's Best Pest Control). I have been battling ants for about a year and a half, and my previous pest control company was unable to do anything to eradicate these creatures. I came to Yelp looking for another pest control service and based on the reviews here, sent Rudy an email. He came out the next day and I was very impressed with his knowledge of pests and ants. (I've been raving about him to all my friends since, and I refer to Rudy as "The Ant Whisperer" because of the miracle he performed at my house in getting rid of my ants!) Rudy was relentless in his inspection of every square inch around my house trying to find the source, and he at last found where those sneaky devils were coming into my house from. He then explained what pesticide he was going to use and how it would take care of the problem. Really, this man has superior knowledge! Within 2 days the ants were GONE and have not come back. It's now been over a month, and I've not seen one single ant! I can now even leave my cat's food bowl out overnight without fear of an invasion. I was with one of those "other" companies for years. Whenever I called due to ants in the house, they sprayed the perimeter and inside the house, which we had to leave due to the chemicals they used. The ants would return and the cycle would continue over and over. Finally called Rudy after reading all the reviews.
