This company offers excellent service. They are professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling is flexible and reliable.

We used Natures Best Pest when we lived in Martinez. Danielle came out to deal with our ant infestation and was so thorough. She was able to locate a colony outside, she also took the time to give us tips and tricks for preventing this from happening again. Danielle's customer service and knowledge is top notch, she is kind, attentive and consistent. Since we have moved we have yet to find a company like Natures Best Pest! Mike H read more

They won't schedule in advance. They call when they just happen to be in the area. They won't commit to scheduling a certain day. We leave our fence locked for security reasons and need to plan to be home to let them spray. He blew me off and referred me to someone else because he couldn't even commit to just try calling me the day before to schedule. You have to fit his schedule at the last minute when he calls the day of or they won't work with you. Absolutely horrible customer service. I wouldn't give this company one star. If you are home all day everyday or don't care if they show up without you there, then this is for you. read more

Rudy was in incredibly responsive and took the time to educate me on my situation, and letting me know that my current pest control service is likely doing the best they can given I live on the water and there are certain restrictions with treating pests as a result. I wanted to give Nature's Best my business just based on my experience with Rudy, and he will be the first I refer to anyone who asks me for one. read more

At a glance: Fast, simple, affordable, and effective Rudy and his wife are very knowledgeable about their trade. They will get rid of your bug problem, show you where your problem areas were, give you some best practice advice, and answer any questions you have. One of the great things about their service is you don't even really have to be home -Rudy or Danielle will show up, spray, and drop your invoice in your mailbox to be paid at your convenience online. How easy is that! Reach out to these folks! As we quickly found out with our own ant problem -spraying your home yourself can lead to some rookie mistakes that actually end up worsening your infestation. Use a pro like Rudy -I promise you there's more to it than point and spray :) read more

Rudy did an amazing job helping us get rid of the ants in our new house! He came out very quickly after we contacted him, I think it might have even been that very day. We had ants everywhere and after Rudy came and did a treatment, I haven't seen one since. Rudy went above and beyond to give us good customer service and even texted me after the treatment to see how things were. Highly recommend. Thank you!! read more

Battled ants in pittsburg for 18 years. Tried everything. Called Rudy. He came over and one treatment later the ants are GONE. Fair pricing is well worth the service. I would recommend highly. read more

Super-great company to work with. Didn't upsell us on anything and even told us a few ways we could effectively deal with an issue on our own. Was understanding of my chemical sensitivities. Would 100% work with them in the future. Rudy was wonderful! read more

Rudy and Danielle have been servicing my home for almost 10 years. They are great. Sends a message the day before to let me know they are coming. They know I have a dog so I always ask for a time frame just so I can make sure the dog is inside and they stick to it. I would recommend reaching out for your pest control needs! read more

I am a former customer, but only because we just moved out of the area. We really hated losing Rudy at Natures Best. He always did a thorough job and any time we had flare ups he was right out there. I really can't recommend him enough. I hate spiders and invasion of the ant colony is really not fun so having someone like Rudy or his wife always there to save you, gave me such peace of mind. Plus, we never had to worry about our cats or dogs and chemicals. If you're wondering who you should choose, just call Rudy. read more

We've been using Nature's Best for a few years now and couldn't be happier. We used to have a terrible Black Widow problem, I wouldn't even let our kids play in the backyard because if it. However, since Rudy started spraying, I haven't seen a single Black Widow on our property. He's also helped keep ants out of our home, which had been a big issue before and if we ever need an extra spray in between visits, he's usually able to make it out within a day. He is professional, quick and affordable. I recommend Natures Best to everyone I know. read more

Our house was being invaded by ants so we called Rudy for an appointment. He arrived on time and sprayed the entire foundation as the whole area under the house was covered by ants. He explained what he was doing and provided several pricing options for different levels of service. He guarantees his work. It rained today but surprisingly we have not seen a single ant. Great job - highly recommend. read more

Rudy deserves 5 stars all day long. Super nice guy, very accommodating, and gets the job done, 100%. We moved into our new home late last summer and within a week I was at the end of my rope with frustration over the ant infestation we had, all over the house. I tried everything from store bought products to old wives tales to home remedies...finally I told my husband if we were gonna live here, they had to go. So I got on Yelp and found Rudy. Not only is he extremely affordable, and he uses products that I feel comfortable having around my babies, but he also eliminated our enormous problem with one visit!! Rudy is THE BEST, and we are so appreciative. read more

I got my house sprayed the other day by Natures Best Pest Control and they did a superb job. For only $55.00 I got a thorough purging of all insects surrounding my house. They didn't stand a chance. The guy that did the job is Rudy Salazar and he was a complete professional the entire time. I highly recommend anyone that needs pest control services to call Rudy up and let him do what he does best, which is rain armageddon down on those pesky little insects. read more

5 stars are not enough to express my delight with Rudy (Nature's Best Pest Control). I have been battling ants for about a year and a half, and my previous pest control company was unable to do anything to eradicate these creatures. I came to Yelp looking for another pest control service and based on the reviews here, sent Rudy an email. He came out the next day and I was very impressed with his knowledge of pests and ants. (I've been raving about him to all my friends since, and I refer to Rudy as "The Ant Whisperer" because of the miracle he performed at my house in getting rid of my ants!) Rudy was relentless in his inspection of every square inch around my house trying to find the source, and he at last found where those sneaky devils were coming into my house from. He then explained what pesticide he was going to use and how it would take care of the problem. Really, this man has superior knowledge! Within 2 days the ants were GONE and have not come back. It's now been over a month, and I've not seen one single ant! I can now even leave my cat's food bowl out overnight without fear of an invasion. As others have mentioned, Rudy's prices are very reasonable too! I have since fired my previous pest control company and hired Rudy. I wish I had run into Rudy a long time ago. Oh well, I'm glad I have him now, that's all that matters! read more

I was with one of those "other" companies for years. Whenever I called due to ants in the house, they sprayed the perimeter and inside the house, which we had to leave due to the chemicals they used. The ants would return and the cycle would continue over and over. Finally called Rudy after reading all the reviews. He came, looked around and diagnosed the problem and explained everything he was doing and what would happen. He sprayed once outside and BAM!!! He got to the colony and got rid of all the ants inside the house without even spraying inside. He looked at the prior company's work receipts and identified they used the wrong products. If you want someone to come over and just keep spraying everything in sight every month, keep calling those other guys. If you want to actually get rid of your problems with get great service, call Rudy!!! read more

I called on a Tuesday they came out on Wednesday. We had an epic ant problem all around our house. Within hours of the service not an any to be found. Extremely professional and affordable this is my go to guy from now on. read more

I would first like to say that I have been with Natures Best Pest Control for over a year now, For both my Business and my home. They are always on time with a great attitude! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Rudy for the first class service that you give. read more

Service does not get better than Rudy. We had a miscommunication created by my wireless carrier delivering his voicemails two weeks late. Regardless of the fact that I was under the impression he'd never called me back, when he visited and I was upset at what I assumed was his lack of service, he only offered an apology and better service in person, without a single excuse. Ever. He could've sat and argued his valid point with me at the door, but he didn't. Just apologized and didn't make a single excuse. Wow. This guy is the truly rare businessman you want to work with. He values customer service as much as we wish every business did. Call him. You won't be sorry. A true professional. read more

Rudy at Natures Best Pest Control won us over with his prompt response - after another company no-showed twice in a week when we were overrun with ants. Rudy arrived within an hour of our call, on a weekend. He knowledgeably answered all of our questions about possible toxicity to wildlife (none), what results to expect (no new ants), and what to do next. He followed up with a phone call to check on our results. He returned one week later, as promised, to complete the service with a separate treatment for spiders and other bugs. He'll be coming by every two months for a VERY reasonable rate, with no charge for call-backs or bug attacks between maintenance visits. Save yourself the hassle - make Rudy at Nature's Best your first call read more

I've been using this company since I bought my first home in 2014. They answer any questions I have regarding their spray. I recently got a dog and was concerned about the sprays they use and if it were to be harmful. I sent a text to the main number and they answered quickly. The spray is not harmful to my puppy and have no complaints. Rudy is one of the guys that come out often to spray my home. They're all friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Excellent work by Rudy: eliminated our severe ant problem with one treatment! Highly recommended.

I called Rudy about two very nasty hornets/warps nests on a Saturday. He called me back and as I told him about the problem, he quickly told me that I could go to hardware store to buy the consumer sprayers and that I don't need him to do the same thing that I could do. He was honest, friendly and professional UNLIKE these other exterminators that I also called that were committing extortion based on the fees that were going to charge and that they were immediately on the "sell" mode on the phone. If and when I need a professional, I know the only professional that I will call - and that is Rudy read more

Rudy was very helpful on the phone, pointing out what I thought was a spider problem, but likely is not. Got a quote for ongoing spider spraying and got some tips to help track down our possible real issue. read more

Called for an estimate on "waterbugs" & while he doesn't do those pest he took 15 minutes to clue me in & saved me from spending hella money on the other guys for most likely not much of a result anyways. Would use him for anything else as the honesty was extremely appreciated. read more

Affordable, dependable friendly and attentive to our pest control needs! I moved into a new home and let's just say the previous owners didn't mind being one with nature. I personally prefer anything with more than four legs to live on the other side of my fence. No wonder, ppl were raving about Rudy (Nature's Best Pest Control). He is simply awesome. My house was really hard case for Rudy. He came over 3 times since it might had a huge colony of ants in my house. Every time, I called he was friendly, professional and willing to help and he would come over as soon as he could. He sprayed 3 times around my house and left some baits (which works really good) So, in case you have an ant problem call Rudy!!! He will make sure that those obnoxious tenants wont come back. read more

We moved into a new house which unbeknownst to us had already been occupied by a couple ant colonies. Rudy came out, assessed the situation and came back several times until we were ant free. We highly recommend his services! read more

It is near summer end and has been 9 months since Rudy sprayed and eliminated our ant problem. I commented to my wife tonight that we had not seen even a single ant during the last nine months. Last year at this time, we were in a daily battle with the ants if any thing was left in the sink or on a counter top. NBP really took care of our problem. I will not hesitate to call upon him again if one of those critters show up again. There is a reason they have earned an almost unanimous star rating. read more
