I insisted they find me appointment because I had waited 3 months for this appointment and wasn't going to wait 3 more months. They booked me with another NP. When I saw the NP and explained what was happening, she seemed unconcerned and told me to just lower the dose. The side effects continued to get worse and worse but I didn't want to just stop taking the medication without consulting the medical provider 1st. I had a follow up end of June 2025. 2 weeks before the follow up, they called me to tell the NP will be on VACATION that day can't see anymore. And then, they tell me the next appointment available was end of August 2025. I was in disbelief, I had been struggling with extreme face swelling and fluid retention and wanted to wait 3 more months. I insisted they find me closer appointment. They did but I couldn't get leave for new date at all. I was stuck waiting till August 2025. The side effects were so bad, I couldn't even make it to August. I stopped taking the medication in July. When I finally saw the NP, I explained my issues, it was like talking to a wall. I've never felt more invisible in my life. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
