This cafe is very well decorated and pretty. I enjoyed studying here and the drinks are very flavorful. I really like how chewy the boba was and the taste on the green milk tea and grill milk tea. My only downside would be that the study cafe does not have a ton of outlets. Otherwise, staff was nice, very modern look, and amazing flavor drinks. read more

Nature Brew Plano has my heart, so I had to try their Carrollton location as well. This spot is not quite as efficient or poppin as Plano, but the drinks are nevertheless great with a rich tea flavor (and, importantly, the 30% sugar is truly not too sweet). I almost always get the oolong milk tea (a rare $3.90 base price!) with pearls or tea jello. Their tea jello and crystal boba toppings also go well with fruity drinks. You order on a digital kiosk so there isn't much interaction with the staff. There is some seating and tables inside, but people mostly take the drinks to go. The ambience doesn't live up to some of the other boba shops in Carrollton's multiple Asian cuisine plazas, but the basic drinks are very good quality, especially considering the price! read more

I am absolutely in love with Nature Brew. I am glad to have found their Carrollton location. This location is larger than the location in Plano. It is clean and very well maintained. The decor is nature themed complete with a faux tree. It is the perfect place to relax alone or chill with a group of friends as there is plenty of room for individuals and groups. Orders can be placed at the kiosk or with a human. Just note they are currently hiring new staff and only have one person working so ordering at the kiosk is quicker. The one guy that was working when I visited had his hands full, but still tried to assist me. I didn't feel off put by him not greeting me when I first walked in because I could see he was very busy. However when I had questions and called him over he came over and assisted me and was very pleasant to work with. I like this place due to the fact that they don't load their drinks down with artificial ingredients. Their bubbles are always chewy and consistently have the perfect texture. The drink flavors are spot on and my husband commented that their NB tea is one of the best bubble teas he has ever had. My favorite drink is the Coconut Mango with Pomelo and Jello 30% sweet, it is creamy, sweet and refreshing! This is my go to spot for bubble tea when I'm in Plano or Carrollton. read more

Wow you can't beat the prices here. Under $5 for milk tea + boba is insane. I really enjoyed my NB milk tea with brown sugar boba. The texture of the boba was good and the milk tea had the right balance of tea to milk. I got it less sweet and it was amazing. Definitely need to try their fruit drinks! I love Nature Brew! It's easily one of my go-to boba spots, especially because it's more affordable than most--tons of drinks around $5, which is such a win these days. My top favorites are the Grilled Milk Tea with herbal jelly (so toasty and cozy) and the Lime Lemonade when I'm craving something light and refreshing. They've got a solid menu with lots of variety, whether you're in the mood for something creamy or fruity. I really like this location since the shop has a lot of seats to study or hang out around in. We get Nature Brew in Plano and love how fresh it tastes. Very happy to see a location open in Carrollton since it's so much closer to us. Happy fruit tea has plenty of actual fruit in it, and the NB milk tea has depth of flavor. We also love the grape and the ube tornado with taro mochi (something you definitely can't get at other boba spots) This will become part of our regular boba rotation! read more

Nature brew is one of my favorite new boba shops for fresh fruit teas. They are known for their hand pounded lemonade and the way they serve their drinks is kinda unique. Their Carrollton location was empty when we entered, it had really similar decorations from the old mango mango that used to inhabit this spot. there wad a self service kiosk where you can place your order. i got the coconut watermelon with clear boba. it was SOO SOOO GOOD. There are actual bits of watermelon within the drink and mixed in with the coconut makes an addicting drink. Im not a huge fan of the clear boba though so next time I'll add to remove it. My friends got the mango pomelo and peach tornado. They liked their drinks but they agreed that the coconut watermelon was the best. i mean... look how pretty it is, especially with that pink color! read more

I recently visited the Carrollton location with my friends, and the regular milk tea with boba was FANTASTIC. Super light tea flavor and the pearls were cooked perfectly. Major stars for easily being the most affordable boba shop option in the metroplex. Ordered the grill milk tea which was ultra creamy. The drinks here are very sweet though, and I find 30% the best option, especially if you're ordering the brown sugar boba which are ultra sweet pops of delight. Tried the oolong milk tea last night, and didn't really taste the tea unfortunately. My partner really enjoyed the pandan coconut. Will definitely be back (especially in this economy!) read more

The value is great here at Nature Brew. It's rare that you can get a small sized boba nowadays for less than $6 but Nature Brew is very affordable with good quality. I've tried their Jasmine milk tea and mango tornado. Both were good, especially the mango tornado. I do wish the milk tea was tad bit stronger in the tea and lighter in the milk/cream but can't complain. I'd say their sweetness is on the heavier side so adjust accordingly! read more

When the place first opened, there was naturally a huge line, so we decided to wait a few weeks before trying it out. When we were in the area again, we decided to give it a shot. As we walked up, we weren't sure if they were open because it looked so dim from outside. When we entered, it was like a ghost town--completely empty. No one greeted us at the counter, and the place had a strange smell. There was only one person working in the kitchen. I understand they have a kiosk for self-service orders, but the menu/interface lacked descriptions, and we had questions. We had to wave down the guy in the kitchen to ask a few things. Everyone in my group just went for the basic milk tea boba. My expectations were low at this point because I could see the guy making my drink, and he seemed confused by our orders. Some of us ordered less sweet, some full sweet, and it honestly looked like he made it all in the same batch. Disappointed is an understatement. It tasted like Lipton tea with a lot of creamer, and the boba must have been old because it was rubbery. Maybe we didn't order the "right" thing, but the guy didn't offer any suggestions to guide us.
