The place I normally go was closed, so I was looking for a suitable replacement nearby and thought I had found a good place. I was wrong. Given the name of the business, I thought this would be a more "natural" place, with emphasis on cleanliness. Not that the place was dirty, but I didn't expect all of the fluorescent lights and loud music/tvs playing. I had booked a mani/pedi. My manicure was fine, it actually lasted several weeks, which I was surprised by. However, my pedicure was a different story. I had a similar experience to another reviewer and had my skin by my toe cut way too deep and started bleeding. The technician simply said "OW" to me twice and I'm like I know, you're hurting me. But then kept digging in more! I asked her to stop on that toe because it hurt so bad. Hoped for the next several days that I wouldn't get an infection or ingrown; thankfully, it's been close to a month since and my toe seems to be fine, but boy was it tender. After that, it was hard to be comfortable and enjoy the day at the spa. I have been getting pedicures for a while and have never had my toes bleed while having them done, so this was a bit of a disappointment. read more

I think the language barrier was a problem. My manicurist asked if I wanted a cut down. I said no. Then she chopped a lot off and asked if that's what I wanted. She also filled unevenly, some squared and one on a weird angle. She asked and I asked for almond shape. Two of the gel polished nails have bubbles. I'm very disappointed. read more

$40 for a basic spa pedicure. They did a great job on my toes and I enjoyed my time while getting them done. They had a cooking show playing on the huge tv and for whatever reason I was transfixed by the images of food! I mean whatever relaxes you, right? Everyone was so friendly. The leg and foot massage was long, by far my favorite part of the whole service. It's nice inside. Clean, new feeling. Great selection of polishes. I walked in without an appt on a Saturday early afternoon, didn't have to wait. You can pay and tip with Venmo, along with cash and card. Convenient location--I mailed a package at UPS next door, grabbed a coffee at caribou 3 doors down, and got a pedicure all in one fell swoop. I suggest finding street parking and walking over, that tiny parking lot is always a mess. Minus a star for higher prices. It doesn't mention anywhere that they charge more in order to offer employees livable wages (which I do hope is actually happening). read more

This is in my neighborhood and I wanted a simple removal to go back to my natural nails cause I can't be bothered during the winter. They have a lot of staff, and while Kim was taking care of me, I watched many folks enjoying pedicures. They have an interesting dryer which is a fixture on a table in the back. I came in for the pearl pedicure and the service was great until I got home and realized that they didn't even cut my toenails on my right foot! There were two separate nail technicians that did my pedicure. The first one who cut my toenails on my left foot cut too far in and made my big toe bleed. Then she had another nail technician come in and do my right foot and finish the pedicure. I was so relaxed that I didn't even realize that she didn't even cut my toenails other than working on the cuticles wtf. Then $65 later with a $12 tip on Venmo I left and took a nap and realized. Smh seriously.... I called and they said they're sorry that I didn't like the cut they did on my right foot (non-existent) but that they would fix it for me if I come back in an hour and a half. I paid that much for this service, I may as well go back. But this is their main business, nails, how do you mess that up this bad? The whole nail salon also smelt like a portapotty, smelt like the inside of a nasty toilet. Thankfully they had nice smelling lotions but, really, you couldn't have lit some candles or put out some incense to cover up that bathroom smell?? read more
