Incredible staff ! Quality foods , always a pleasure coming to this location . Definitely Recommend this to all pet lovers .

I placed an online order at NaturalK9Supplies.com on July 2. On July 3 my credit card was charged $195. I started contacting the company on July 11 to determine status of order since I had heard nothing regarding status. Finally, after 3 attempts, on July 15 the company responded via their website that they did not have the product and would refund the money. Money was refunded 2 weeks after Natural K9 Supplies improperly charged for a product they did not have in stock. Company is being reported to the Better Business Bureau for illegal process of charging customers when a product is not in stock. Update: Natural K9 is not a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business. To become accredited, a business must agree to BBB Standards for Trust and pass BBB's vetting process. Based on my experience, I can see why they are not accredited. read more

Everything so far. Great help Great selection. Ez parking Helpful and knowledgeable employees.

I used to think that dog food was dog food, then I became a fur-parent to Kosmo Kramer the Wonder Dog.. Sure, you can go to one of the big-box stores for dog food, treats, supplies, etc., but you won't get the best products, advice, or customer service that one gets from the team at Natural K-9 and your little one won't get the best nutrition he or she needs to stay healthy and happy. The selection of all-natural and specialty foods like grain free and single ingredient treats are a pet lover's paradise. The store offers samples and specials so you can try the foods with your pets before making larger purchases. Their vendors come in and offer demonstrations and advice so you get the most information on their products. A knowledgeable and friendly staff helps you make each purchase a learning experience. A bulletin board offers additional services like dental cleaning, training, pet-sitting services, etc. Check it out! One of the perks of shopping here is the ease of regular ordering and re-stocking for your pet supplies. I set up an account with the store and each time I am ready to buy more supplies, I call and place the order over the phone. When I arrive later, it is all packed and ready for me to pay and pick-up. This makes a huge difference and it is a great time saver! You cannot beat this kind of service anywhere! Can't make it to the store? Need it right away? Don't fret, they deliver via Postmates! The Natural K-9 Store does have an on-line presence and you can also order supplies through there, but nothing beats going to the local store and being greeted by friendly faces! I am new at this whole fur-baby thing, but knowing these guys are here makes it all a little bit easier. I highly recommend them! SYOY!! read more

Quality products, fair prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A bit challenging getting into the lot when heading southwest on US1. Try to approach heading north/east. read more

I have been coming to this place for years, they sell the best food for you dog or cat. The staff is super friendly and will answer all your questions regarding the best nutrition for your furry friend. Natural K9 carries brands not typically found in large pet stores. One great thing is they offer non anesthesia dental cleansing. This place is great! read more

Great location here! They carry top west coast brands here! Signature is our fav and go to and no one carries it in Miami but these guys. Friendly service and fair prices on bulk dog food with lots of brands outside of the typical pet supermarket or grocery stores. Why you'd feed your dogs that stuff anyway. Go natural and safe, non gmo and hit this place. However a bit disappointed in the bully stick prices. $5-7 here. Rather tough. We miss our urban pet store $2.50 6inch and still on the hunt for that down here, but again this shop seems to be the cleanest and best spot we've found so far. read more

Love stopping by to get all my all-natural food and treats for my 10-yr old Boxer. The store looks small from the outside but it's in a great location with plenty of great options for dogs. They also have a great selections of all-natural shampoos and durable toys. They are so accommodating when you call to order food. Natures Variety limited ingredient is my brand of choice!! Will continue to support this small business. Great service and affordable prices (even compared to petco). Definitely worth the visit!! read more

Love love love! It is SO hard to find quality food, treats, shampoos, etc for your pets at big chains like Petco & Petsmart. I love that Natural K9 ONLY carries healthy, natural food & treats for dogs. I used to be confined to exclusive online-shopping to get all of my dogs food and treats, but I am ecstatic that I finally found a place that carries literally everything I had ever bought for my dogs online. They have every natural brand, fromm (ha, get it?) Honest Kitchen to Polka Dog Bakery (a treat company out of state that makes the BEST natural/organic dehydrated treats). I feel safe knowing that everything my dogs enjoy from the shop is good for them, and I feel even better knowing I'm supporting LOCAL small business. Way to go Natural K9! read more

So glad this place is near the house!! Having recently found out that our Shiba is allergic to beef, pork, lamb, chicken and a bunch of other ingredients commonly found in dog foods, this place is a blessing!! They carry all high end foods, including specialty proteins such as venison and kangaroo. They also have a large selection of special diet friendly treats, varying from grain free to limited ingredients. They will even special order foods for you, and let you know when it comes in so that you can pick it up!! Pricing is fair, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot ask for anything more than that. read more

This young man with long hair nasty attitude, horrible customer service and lazy is the reason I am not coming back to Natural K -9 after I don't know how many years my dogs are 15 and 12 years old. I remember Sal was just setting up shop in Coral Gables when I saw the sign and walked in. I may be their first client. One of my dogs was diagnosed with pancreatitis and was given a low fat diet that my Valentina just wont eat, she does not like it. I called the store and was told they carry two brands I do not recall the names but I was glad I was able to try something my dog might like. It was 7:43 pm when I started calling, the GPS said 14 minutes to the store so I was cutting it too close to closing time I wanted to tell whoever was working last night that I was flying there that I might be one minute late but to please wait for me. At first the phone was busy like it had been taken off the hook and later the machine picked up. I continued calling until I got there. I did not have any food for Valentina and did not want to give her anything that would make her sicker. I got to the store at 7:59 and the lights were already off as well as the open sign I kept calling but no one answered. I saw some movement inside the store for one moment but then nothing I started to back away when I saw him come out from behind a display run out to the door and lock it. I got out of the car knocked on the glass door but he ignored me. He signaled a clock above the door I assume and of course it was already after 8:00pm. This one star review is not for Sal or the store or its products that has always been outstanding. Throughout the years the employees have been helpful, professional, courteous . I was sad to see Paulina go. This one star is for customer service for this employee's laziness, disrespect and no sense of responsibility. This was not the first time I left the store feeling upset because of this employee I am not coming back just because I don't want to see his face again. I will take my business somewhere else. read more

We have 5 dogs , and want the best food for them , we drive specially to this store to buy orijen for our babies , best quality of food . I love supporting locally owned businesses and being an advocate for eating well and steering clear from THE NASTIES (parabens, silicones, artificial crap, processed foods, guys that say "dats fire bro! "). It would be unnatural and counter-intuitive to feed my furry daughter corn, gluten and disease ridden kibble from BJ's. All that Science Diet, Nutro, Eukanuba and Rachel Ray garbage is of the same quality so don't even bother. Once i understood that our 4 legged companions need a different type of nutrition than the crap most vets are trying to peddle i became a fan of going the raw route when i saw how my sister's fat, depressed, stinky mouthed daughter turned back the clock and became as healthy as ever; she regained her puppy vigor ( she's 13 btw)!!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! -best prices (they beat anyone and happen to have the most competitive prices retail and online, no joke.) -great variety and options whether you're a novice or a full fledged pet nutrition expert so you can take babysteps and transition -knowledgeable staff -check-in perks and discounts -there's always parking -no poop on the floor. their customer service is unmatched and they really show the community love with all their giveaways and contests. If you haven't checked this place out, i highly recommend you do so and bring your pets. I've never had a bad experience here. Yours truly, Fargo's mother read more

This place is awesome! they carry the best selection of dog and cat food and treats, as well as cute leashes, collars, toys, etc. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I believe they are the only store in Miami that carries Greatlife Dog Food and the prices are really unbeatable. read more

The store may not be as large and the selection as wide as the average corporate chain pet store, but from my experiences Natural K9 focuses on quality, not quantity, and have products not found in your average big-box pet store. The customer service also is a bit better than the will-go-unnamed fancy dog shops in Miami that I've been to, the salespeople are so knowledgeable about all the food, and seem genuinely concerned about the ingredients and the manufacturing of the food, carrying only products that hold a high standard. I was searching for a new (better) product for my pup, and they helped me find the right one. The only criticism I could give is that they don't put prices on any of their products, but I didn't find Natural K9 to be any more or less expensive than you average pet store. read more

Why have i driven by a million times and seen the word NATURAL and not stepped in? For some reason my brainwashed self kept driving and giving my business to PetCo. Shame on me. The sales associate (or owner...who knows) was SUPER helpful with me. I got the attention and deserved and all my k9 questions were answered. I have an issue with one of my pups and instead of trying to sell me something, he was honest and let me know that the merchandise he had for that situation wasn't suitable for my baby girl. (ok, fine...i'll tell you. she's....she's a.....PEE-OH-HOLIC. ) ANYWAYS. He gave me the name of a holistic med that i could research online. I could very much tell that they care about the experience of their customers as well as the business with how friendly and helpful they were along with the fact that the place was spotless. yay:) read more

Also, the staff is very knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have. I'm so happy they exist!! read more

It's hard to find quality pet food/treats/snacks in a market that is overwhelmed by big-box retailers and supermarkets. Luckily, Natural K9 is the solution for those in the South Florida/Coral Gables area. They carry various organic and healthier options for your furry babies at a competitive and affordable price. The store itself is clean and well organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. However, in the case that you might have any questions or doubts, staff is always knowledgeable and happy to help. As a bonus, Natural K9 also offers member perks and discounts, so make sure you check-in when you make a purchase! I have no negative things to say about Natural K9, except that I wish it was a little closer to me. But the quality items this place offers is absolutely worth it. I truly recommend you check them out. You won't be disappointed, and your furry babies will be happy! *As a note, there's always parking. Yay! But make sure you're paying attention, as it's easy to miss the entrance to the parking lot. *Also, they don't carry a huge variety of collars, toys, grooming items, accessories, etc. But you'll definitely always find a good variety of high quality pet food. read more

Maybe it's the difference in the city maybe it's just the holiday season. We were visiting from Houston Texas where we shop at Natural Pawz in Montrose. We walked in and nobody greeted us. They didn't know much about the products they sold. When asked about what they had I was told "we'll, it's out there"". I ended up getting Taste of the Wild and a couple of bully sticks. I couldn't get out if there fast enough. The most pet unfriendly pet store I have ever been to. I'm used to purchasing quality products and receiving excellent and informative information from the staff. My dogs are accustomed to receiving treats. This was horrible. Come to Houston and check out what it's all about. Our dogs aren't spoiled they are indulged! read more

Love this cute little place for my dog. They have the brand of dog food I use and petco/petsmart does not. I use Acana for my Japanese Akita because it is grain free and has a good quality to it. Their prices are also very competetive to online prices for Acana. So I rather pick it up here and have it instantly than order online and wait a few days. They have tons of variety in treats as well. I recently got the himalayan yak yak puffy treats bc barkbox sent some and my pup loves it. some need to be microwaved though to become puffy. I just got the prepuffed ones and they are light and crunchy and my pup just loves it! I love getting their little knoted bully sticks. My pup devours them he doesn't really like the bigger bully sticks. This place is very clean and well kept. You can definately bring your pup but leash is a must as always. They also have a rewards program so if you spend a ceratain amount you can have 5$ towards next purchace. And if you check into yelp you get I believe it is 5% off total purchace. That's a pretty good deal for buying 70$ dog food. If you sign up to their email list they have awesome little events at the store and sales all the time for even more discounts. read more

Thank the heavens for Natural K9. I wouldn't know what to do without them. My French Bulldog, Darla Belle, is so sensitive and has reacted badly to numerous brands of dog food, even some recommended by our vet! The lovely people at Natural K9 helped me find the perfect combination of food for Darla. They have so many great options that you are bound to find something that will work for your pet. And the prices are great! I will not go anywhere else to buy food or treats for my furbaby. read more

I Took my dog here on the weekend to do the non anesthetic dental cleaning. I'm so glad I did, the staff was amazing and they treated my dog with such good care. I'm so happy with this alternative, my dog recently got diagnosed with kidney failure and she can no longer do the anestesia one. Had I known about the alternative sooner, I would of never put her under and felt so scared every time I did. I'm so thankful for natural K9 doing this at their store :) read more

I love this place! We have a Maltese and a Yorkshire terrier. We only feed them Fromm either grain free or grain inclusive. This is the closest place to us that sells from ( 15 miles from our home). I had been trying for weeks to get myself and my dog to this location to buy him some treats. To be honest, I live nearby and always saw it but never went it choosing to go to a larger company nearby. I can now say that I will continue to go to this place for pet food and all sorts of other goodies. I went it because my finicky puppy won't eat his food even though I walk him miles every day. I was happy to see that the staff got up from behind the counter to show me different products and talk to me about each and make recommendations. They even informed me that I could return the food I bought if I had at least 75% left as it was policy of the company who sold the food. I think this is spectacular!! I felt comfortable spending money here because I have spent so much trying different foods on the pooch just to throw it away. The prices are great specially for the treats I find disgusting but my dog loves like tracheas and bully sticks and they are organic! All in all it was a great experience and worth the try. Enjoy! read more

Used to be my favorite place to get dog food and treats. Since they FIRST opened, YEARS ago. I guarantee my account is one of their oldest. After today's incident, I will be shopping elsewhere. A few months ago, i helped out a customer who was having a hard time with the employee, long story short, that should've been my cue to stop going here. No, no, I waited until the employee got nasty with me, to decide they don't deserve my business. Honestly, the products you sellare available for the same prices online to be delivered to my door, why would I deal with a rude employees? Beats me.. I had driven by Natural K9 on US-1 in Miami, Florida so many times meaning to stop in. Unfortunately, it took my 5 pound teacup to not want to eat her food any longer for me to realize that I need to now change her food to something natural and better tasting. Carmen, the sales woman in the store at the time I visited was very helpful and informative about suggesting a delicious tasting food for small pets. I was reluctant to buying such a big bag of food, and she was kind enough to give me a sample. This was wonderful, and would help save me money in case my little Tabitha didn't like it. Needless to say, when I got home I immediately gave her the new food and to my surprise, loved it! Thank you Carmen for your help. I am looking forward to returning to Natural K9 only this time to buy a large bag and also bring my Tabitha in to say hello. Cindy Papale A Happy Customer!!!!! read more
