Attendant told me she could have it done in 2 hours and asked me if I would tip her before services. I gave her $10 dollars thinking it would ensure she would do a good job. BIG MISTAKE and lesson learned. After 2 hours I checked in on my laundry and was immediately met with an attitude she explained that she would call me and not to come in asking about my laundry. At 7:10 I finally came in and asked for my laundry whether it was folded or not. She had folded maybe 1/4 of my laundry by that point which had to be redone because everything was inside out. She was rude even after a tip, took 5 hours and didn't even complete the job. Extremely disappointed will never use again or return.

I had not been to a laundry mat in over 12 years and things have definitely changed. I went in with the intention of dropping off two very large fluffy comforters for wash but the attendant was helpful and suggested I could have them both washed and dried in under an hour. She helped me set up my machine and explained how they work. You can use change or the electronic pad that takes card. In 45 minutes, both of my huge comforters were washed and dried for $12. He graciously assisted me with how to purchase detergent and softener, how to download and run the app, and how to run the machines. I noted as people came in and out, he greeted them so warmly and truly managed this facility as an owner could only dream. The facility itself and machines were exceptionally clean, well lit, and safe. 10/10 recommend!!! He advised me that I could have even dropped off my laundry to pick back up which is a service I've never experienced. Not too often that doing laundry is enjoyable, but this was great!

They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. She is so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and runs a really clean laundromat. My one complaint is that the company itself does not keep up with their building. You can tell this from the old rusty bases of the washing machines, the walls that desperately need to be painted and repaired, as well as the condition of the ceiling tiles among other things that are the responsibility of the owners of Wash Land.
