I recently endured an unfortunate (and smelly) event when my toddler locked our cat in the closet. Cat with no access to litter box + floor length engagement dress = perfect place to do business. I have been going to Bonney Cleaners for over 8 years. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. In 2025 things really changed for the worst. The price per dress shirt went from $2.50 to $5.00 a shirt. That is ot the worst of it. My last 2 trips to pick up shirts have a big problem. When I took the plastic off, I noticed an odor. When I smelled the shirts there is a strong odor of sweat and like they had been in my hamper for weeks. I cannot think of putting them on and then one shirt had a small streak of something on the cuff which easily came off with water and a little scrubbing. It would have come off if the shirt had been washed before they pressed it. PLEAAE if you go there, check your shirts closely and that means smell them. Do you want to be at work and other people start talking about your odor. Again, they are very nice people but to pay $5 a shirt and they are dirty. No thank you, I am having to find another cleaner. read more

I dropped my items off to be dry cleaned, go to my car then return to say I've changed my mind may I have them back (I had other pieces that they couldn't clean because they don't provide the service, so I figured I may as well use one cleaner instead). She was honest about the time it'll take (6 weeks) and I appreciate that. My dress has at least 8 various material layers, it's an A-line (poofier than straight gowns, but less than a ball gown) with lace, sequins, and beading, and it has a longer train (see pic for details).
