I won't be taking my clothes here again. I had several items dry cleaned last November, and one of them was a tan coat for lighter weather. I recently took the coat out of my closet to finally wear it again because of the warmer weather, and found that there are large sections of the coat where the dye has been removed. The difference between the areas of dyed fabric and the areas where the dye has been removed are subtle because the coat is a light tan/khaki color, but in sunlight the difference is obvious. (I posted some photos of what different sections of my jacket look like here on Yelp). I brought the coat in because it had gotten mud on it and specifically asked for those areas to be focused on, but I did not think that would mean they would strip the dye from my coat. My nice $200 coat is now unwearable. I don't know how it could be fixed unless all of the dye was somehow removed from the coat so it would all be one color again. read more

First the good: The owner and is extremely polite and handled my issues professionally. Now for the bad: I dropped off $100 worth of dry cleaning ranging from a king size comforter to slacks and a sport coat. When I came to pick up my clothes they informed me I was missing 1 pair of slacks and said they were coming from the factory and would be there by noon the next day. When I got home I went to put away my clothes and realized that one of the pairs of slacks they gave me was not mine; so now I have 2 missing pair of slacks and someone else's clothes. When I looked at my sport coat I realized it was pressed horribly with bunching in the fabric all over it. After another week they still had not found my clothes and asked me to give them a little longer to try and get a hold of other patrons to see if my slacks had been placed in their order. After two weeks I threw in the towel and the owner reimbursed me the cost of my lost slacks. Lastly, as other people had stated, you have to pay before you drop off the clothes. This all but eliminates your ability to protect your interests. I highly recommend you seek dry cleaning services elsewhere. read more

Beware dry cleaners that make you pay before you're allowed to inspect the clothing. I had them clean a velvet blazer, and it was obvious they didn't clean it at all. When I addressed all the reasons (smelled a bit, wrinkled) the man shrugged and said too bad. I do not recommend this place! read more

Outstanding service and they did a wonderful job with our clothes. I brought in my wedding dress and my fiance's tux for cleaning prior to our wedding. My gown was previously owned and had some dirt on it. It had also been packed for shipping and it needed some TLC. Mister Cleaner took care of all of it. The dress and tuxedo both came out looking fantastic, I was happy with the turn around time and their prices were great. When they found out we would be traveling to Las Vegas for our wedding I was even shown just how to fold it to get it into our luggage. The wedding is over and I will be be bringing the dress back in for cleaning and preparation for storage. We're about to go out of town so I asked that all of my husbands collared shirts be folded instead of hung up. This is usually no problem for any other cleaners. The guy wrote folded on the ticket. When I came back a week later, the clothes were not folded, but hanging. No explanation other than the person who was working the day I dropped off the clothes didn't know the cleaners didn't offer folding. Okay, so why didn't someone call me so I could pick up my clothes and take them somewhere else?! No refund or reduced rate offered for my trouble. Not coming here again! Ever! read more

We love Mister Cleaners. After moving here about a year ago, we tried a few cleaners but Mister Cleaners is absolutely wonderful. The owner is a very kind gentlemen, and when I have my baby with me, he comes out to the car to get my items or I can call and he'll bring out my cleaning to me. He'll do rush "orders" in a pinch, his prices are very reasonable, and I can't recommend his services enough. Just a little warning- he is not computerized so it takes a few minutes for him to get your tickets ready, but he's meticulous and we appreciate it. It's right next door to La Bella! read more
