Update to review: The owners did everything they could to make it right, they treated and stretched the shrunken shirts, they fit well again, and they replaced the bleached polo and compensated me for the lost t-shirts. I would trust them to right anything they wrong. I have to increase the rating given the effort right their errors. I have some expensive custom tailored items and some irreplaceable items I will be cautious to send, but I will continue to use them when I need a laundry bailout. I haven't given a bad review in a long time, and I hate to do it, but it's important that this be your caveat, though you may have a better experience than me (and I hope you do, it's really a convenience). They are not worthy of total crucifixion. I do this to draw attention to my one big problem that killed it for me, just as a heads up to those in a similar spot with specific instructions. I really wanted to like it. I'm not going to one star it because I'm sure it's right for some people with less specific needs than myself (read the last paragraph if you are thinking my review is TL;DR). However, I had specific instructions to handle my clothes, dry all cotton on permanent press and leave damp. Hang jeans and polos, do not dry entirely. Anyone who is tall will understand the importance of those instructions. Everything went well until that one load. That's when I decided it was time to part. Things went well for the first few loads, then the first issue happened, everything had been washed as requested, dried as requested and returned a touch damp to my expectations, except some of my light colors had been bleached. Credit to the owner, they did everything they could to make it right, but one of the t-shirts was from a custom shop in Florida with some artsy oddities, can't really replace that, but credited me the $40 to my account (which did the monetary trick, but it sucked to lose because it can't be replaced). The other shirt was just a plain blue shirt from Old Navy, whatever, dime a dozen, gave me $10 more, I can look past that with a "crap happens." One was a salmon colored polo, returned bleach stains all over it, not so much as a memo or call ahead to say oops. Owner has agreed to replace it, waiting on that polo to be sent back to me. Issue two, the one that really drove me away, despite my drying/folding preferences (see picture), set dry to permanent press and dry to damp. The clothes I received back, all shirts had been dried fully (you know the scratchy feeling cotton gets), and some shirts came back short in the torso, my biggest fear in laundry realized. This has rendered maybe 10 of my t-shirts now as not to leave the house, which stinks because I'm definitely a nice logo t-shirt guy when it's not work time. Some of my college t-shirts are a loss (not ones I've had since college, but college logo t-shirts, one of my staples). The jeans and pants (just basic chinos) were returned scorched and folded, tight to put on, but jeans and pants give anyways after a few wears and don't shrink as vertically, no real harm done one time out in the jeans. I haven't heard back from the company since this debacle with drying, but I have no reason to suspect they'd leave me with any malice or lack of attempts to right the wrongs based on their quick response to the bleaching incident. The problem is somewhere on the floor, someone being inattentive in the process, because I had a few good experiences and then two really bad experiences. If your needs are not specific, just wash the load and toss it in the drier, your clothes will come back promptly, clean, neat and folded, worth your mon. They stopped offering bleach after my load got bleached, so that won't happen again. If you need someone to pay specific attention to how your clothes are treated, you may be better off sticking to doing your own laundry. I reaaaally wanted this to work, but I can't put any more of my clothes at risk. ***The company did get back to me, as I expected they would, and has offered to tstretch my shirts back out in an effort to repair them.

They mixed someone else's laundry in with mine and my boyfriends. I did not receive any of my clothes at all. What can I do about it if no one will answer the phone and they don't have a specific location?

Hi Lindsey, Just saw this in Yelp. Sorry for our mix-up, you should have all of your clothes back. I am interested in why you didn't' get an answer from us when you called… Read more

They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). Went late morning and was not too busy, the 4 load capacity washers were all in use so I had to use a 6 which was more suited to what I had brought anyhow. Highly recommended and will be back for future use.

My last visit, I went on a Wednesday and it was pretty empty. The two ladies who were here were cleaning the laundromat, making sure there wasn't dust anywhere including the game machine in the front. They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.

Honestly, they spend most of their time outside sitting on a bench smoking. That alone, not a big deal. I'm here to do my laundry not be friends. They are, however, usually pretty rude when you need any form of help as if they aren't getting PAID to work and do their job (aside from a Hispanic lady who is always very very kind and welcoming). A few days ago an employee told me to "go outside and shake out my clothes" because they had dog hair on it. If you have pets, you know your clothes get hair here and there it was not as if I was washing my dogs blanket or bed. Not that it should even matter if I was because there is nothing posted saying I can't otherwise. I was, however, washing my personal clothes that just had a little bit of hair nothing crazy. Regardless, I shook my clothes into my laundry bag best I could. The kicker of all of this that has made me decide to find a new Laundromat is, this man had the audacity to bring me a broom and dust pan and tell me to sweep the floor. I swept and there was a quarter size amount of hair I gathered. If that's any kind of indication of the amount of dog hair that was on my clothes I'm not sure what is. Now, you honestly cannot make this kind of stuff up. Around 20 minutes after my ordeal with this employee these two girls come in with a puppy. An unleashed non service animal, PUPPY. (She was so cute, but not the point.) He did not say a single word to them. I guess they didn't need to sweep the floor. Absolutely crazy. Going to be taking my business elsewhere.

It's not too crowded, plenty of washers and dryers. And really close to a store if you forgot…read moreanything.
