When I'm in the area, which is not as often as it used to be, I like to drop off some shirts, slacks and sport coats for pressing and dry cleaning at Crossroad Cleaners. They offer great service and competitive pricing. The staff is always friendly and it's just a real pleasure doing business here.

Chris runs "the best of the best" shops in the Tidewater, area. Never have a problem, only great service and very fair pricing. We have been customers for over 10 years, and drive past lots of his competitors on the way to his business. Glad to recommend anyone to Crossroads.

I had some suits cleaned here. They look good and don't smell chemically. Very reasonably priced - $5 per item w cash, $6 with card. I was able to pick it up the next morning since I got it in before 1. He said if it's after 1, it's about 5 oclock the next day. Recommend! read more

This is the best dry cleaners I've ever been to! I called because this was a last minute decision needed a dress steamed called and the young man said " no problem, we'll do it while you wait", I didn't think that existed any longer but I got there and lo an behold the lady told me to sit down in my car and just wait for her... impressive service!!! I need it last minute, pressing for garments that came in the mail for my son's graduation and the gentleman was so nice and kind and understanding so please please, support this business. I brought a skirt here to have the zipper fixed. They asked for $18!!! Despite my better judgement I left my garment. It wasn't ready on the due date. I had to wait three extra days. I recently pulled the garment out of the closest AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THE ZIPPER!! I returned the skirt to them five days ago to see what they could do. The owner had the audacity to call me on my phone and tell me that I didn't bring it back soon enough!!! I am livid. They are ripping people off and I can't wait for them to close. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more

I was in a pinch to get my uniforms ironed same day (like I needed them in 1 hour) and the man up front (I think he is the owner- pretty young gentleman) was SO nice and so caring to me. As I waited in my car and people watched he was the exact same to every single person that came in. I will forever bring any clothing that I need dry cleaned and ironed... honestly just a good person and everything is ironed perfectly for military standards. 10/10 recommend! read more

I love coming to this place. The man that works the front is very friendly & gives amazing service! He has such a good soul & it makes coming there more than just dropping off clothes. He always gives me something to smile about when I go in. I find that the $20 for 6 dry cleaned items is very beneficial when it comes to my work clothes. They come clean, pressed, and bagged ready for me to pick up the next day! read more

Service was superb as usual. I was in the area for some business and needed a suit cleaned with same day service because of a 9:00 preaching engagement the following day. Called around to numerous establishments that claimed to do same day service and none of them were able to accommodate my request. I walked into Crossroad and the owner informed me that I needed to be back before 3 and he would have it ready for me. My suit was ready 2 hours early...again great service!!!! read more
