Attendant told me she could have it done in 2 hours and asked me if I would tip her before services. I gave her $10 dollars thinking it would ensure she would do a good job. BIG MISTAKE and lesson learned. After 2 hours I checked in on my laundry and was immediately met with an attitude she explained that she would call me and not to come in asking about my laundry. At 7:10 I finally came in and asked for my laundry whether it was folded or not. She had folded maybe 1/4 of my laundry by that point which had to be redone because everything was inside out. She was rude even after a tip, took 5 hours and didn't even complete the job. Extremely disappointed will never use again or return.

I had not been to a laundry mat in over 12 years and things have definitely changed. I went in with the intention of dropping off two very large fluffy comforters for wash but the attendant was helpful and suggested I could have them both washed and dried in under an hour. She helped me set up my machine and explained how they work. You can use change or the electronic pad that takes card. In 45 minutes, both of my huge comforters were washed and dried for $12. I will return here again. Great service and everything was very clean.

She weighed my clothing and offered me a discount. $12 out the door. Seriously? You can pick many options. If you like gain or tide, or Clorox she has it. She folds it and you pick it up. You of course can do your own. But when you are strapped for time, this is your place to go. She is also super nice! I will be back.

He graciously assisted me with how to purchase detergent and softener, how to download and run the app, and how to run the machines. I noted as people came in and out, he greeted them so warmly and truly managed this facility as an owner could only dream. The facility itself and machines were exceptionally clean, well lit, and safe. 10/10 recommend!!! He advised me that I could have even dropped off my laundry to pick back up which is a service I've never experienced. Not too often that doing laundry is enjoyable, but this was great!

They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.

I was even told to go to one of their nearby laundromats and that someone is there, I get there 10 minutes later and no one is there either. I call the service number again and told they must have left early. They do a nice job cleaning my comforter at a good price to, but no one is ever there and it's really inconvenient and not good business. I have been here several times where a washer or dryer broke on me while I was doing my laundry. They do have an attendant during the day up to 3:00 p.m. On Friday, September 12th, 2025, I was doing my laundry. there were only 2 rolling carts to move laundry from washer to dryer. I'm walking to look for a cart hoping there is a third one somewhere.I see the office in the back, the door is open and there's an empty cart sitting there. I go up to the female attendant that has black hair pulled up in a bun, ask her if I can use the cart in the back office. she blurts out, "You went in the office?" I told her no. the door is open. I saw a cart in there but this left me a little startled and unsettled because I wasn't expecting her to blurt out hostility. Then as I put my quarter in and the dryer it will not turn. I had just put a quarter in and it worked before. The dryer light was on but the dryer would not start up and work. I'm by the dryer, this lady is up front behind the front desk and I say," hey". she doesn't look at me. I said hey again waving and she doesn't look at me. now I said it loud enough where she should have heard it. there's not very much noise in that laundromat, it's only me and two other people in there today. then I yell a little louder, "hello", wow! she replied "don't yell at me!", then she goes on and on. Very cranky very crabby. I said to her you must be having a bad day? she starts clapping her hands focefullly and says, "I am not entertaining this conversation", trying to dominate and shut me up. I'm trying to tell her I did not yell at her... that she didn't even respond to my first two calls. whatever her problem was that day she goes on with, "God bless you". oh my, did that get under my skin. It's always the ones that overreact and that are in the wrong with their emotional outbursts saying, "God bless you", trying to dominate and convince themselves THEY are the righteous victim but doesn't realize ....she acts like an ass. From the start, first time I went in, this lady had a jacked up attitude. Did not say, "hello" no greetings when I entered the business. She gave off an I'm pissed vibe. This is the first time I've been to a laundromat where somebody who worked there put off vibes like that. Most laundromats, the staff is cheerful or at least pleasant. This is the first time I've ever encountered a rotten attitude. She needs to clean up her act, Tydee up her act. Working isn't always pleasant but I didn't do anything to aggravate this lady and I did not appreciate at all the hostility that she threw out.
