I have two of my favorite massge therapists who do different things in terms of their expertise but it is always consistently awesome in terms of outcomes. The first massage therapists is Sara Dulany Aldrich. Here is her bio on the web page: 've studied the fine art of Ayurvedic massage, as well as Swedish and Deep tissue. I have been a professional massage therapist for 15 years. I hail from the great state of California. I have 3 beautiful children. I love the idea of helping people heal on a more physical level. I utilize all of my education to give my clients a massage that will ease their pain, improve circulation and reduce stress. The benefits are endless. I am honored to work with such an amazing group :) Sara is an incredible deep tissue therapists that will not hurt you but is very sensitive to how to work with whatever issues you are dealing with. She is my go to when it comes to my stress and sugar management because I am a Type 2 Diabetic. The second therapists is not for ther faint of heart but if you have deep chronic issues he is your man. His name is Viktor. here is his bio from the web page: I have 2 degrees in the field of massage, Russian and American, and years of massage experience. One can boast and talk about oneself often, but it's better to try my massage once, and your body will tell you everything. After all, the body doesn't lie! I will actively work through every muscle in your body and help your muscles regain elasticity, gain mobility in your joints, and relieve pain and discomfort. In addition to general massage I can also work with a separate part of your body where there is a problem to relieve you of pain or reduce pain. I enjoy using massage to help your body get rid of problems. I'm always happy when I can help your body. My last two sessions have been with Viktor and he has helped me with some chronic pain management. The entire staff here is warm and welcoming and I simply so appreciate what they do to help others. One last thought, I always like to support businesses that give back to the community. In 2020 I was the Pastor of a Church in Placerville that helped house people displaced from the Caldor Fire. The staff at this center helped at our center and they were partners in seeing families receive the help that they needed. They serve with their Head, Heart, and Hands!

When we got there, we filled out intake forms and were given warm weighted neck pillows while we waited. On the form, we were able to indicate if we had pain or an area we wanted to focus on. We could also mark areas that we didn't want touched. The waiting area is super comfortable - it's warm, smells nice, and is clean and cozy. When we started, we were taken into separate rooms. The practitioner I was with was very gentle, checked in to make sure nothing hurt, and was very thoughtful overall. This was actually my first time getting a professional massage like this and it was a wonderful first experience. I was comfortable the whole time and felt that if I needed to let the practitioner know if something didn't feel good, I could do that. At the end, the practitioner offered me some cold water which was super refreshing after the massage. Absolutely recommend coming here for any sort of pain or soreness that massage could relieve or even just a nice relaxing self-care treat.

She's easily one of the ultimate best, most high ranked bodyworkers in my life... I've received lots of bodywork & massage over the years, and she's either in the top 3 or she's the #1 out of all the massage therapists I've received from. She makes really good massage therapists look like beginners or amateurs. Having said that, she is not who to go to if you want "light & fluffy" massage.. If you want something spa-like and relaxing and sensual - don't go to her. Don't go to her if you want just a nice rubdown w/ some oil. That's not to say her work isn't relaxing and sensual - it is, but her work goes much deeper than that. Go to Stephanie if you want to get really deeply worked. She is a masterful healer, and she works on multiple levels; her work is therapeutic, spiritual, energetic, physical, emotional... I feel that she's extremely psychic and empathic and is able to understand my body better than I am able to myself. There is such a deep experience and journey that I undertake when receiving from her, it's as though she's releasing all my tension, physical pain and emotions all together... And she just sees it, she gets it.. She's so present and so there. Plus she's been doing bodywork & massage for most of her adult life, so she's been trained in every modality - is well practiced and deeply seasoned. She's a master. And she also has some really great "sensual" tricks up her sleeve that are also wonderful.. but her work is relaxing on the deepest level of a therapeutic full body / being adjustment.. Honestly I've never experienced the level of psychic presence & empathic listening from another bodyworker or healer before. she's on a whole other level..... It's like she's an angel, and she's just lovingly clearing everything out..... (ps; what Stephanie said. the sensuality of her work is indeed the music, the aromatherapy & hot towel...)
