I have two of my favorite massge therapists who do different things in terms of their expertise but it is always consistently awesome in terms of outcomes. The first massage therapists is Sara Dulany Aldrich. Here is her bio on the web page: 've studied the fine art of Ayurvedic massage, as well as Swedish and Deep tissue. I have been a professional massage therapist for 15 years. I hail from the great state of California. I have 3 beautiful children. I love the idea of helping people heal on a more physical level. I utilize all of my education to give my clients a massage that will ease their pain, improve circulation and reduce stress. The benefits are endless. I am honored to work with such an amazing group :) Sara is an incredible deep tissue therapists that will not hurt you but is very sensitive to how to work with whatever issues you are dealing with. She is my go to when it comes to my stress and sugar management because I am a Type 2 Diabetic. The second therapists is not for ther faint of heart but if you have deep chronic issues he is your man. His name is Viktor. here is his bio from the web page: I have 2 degrees in the field of massage, Russian and American, and years of massage experience. One can boast and talk about oneself often, but it's better to try my massage once, and your body will tell you everything. After all, the body doesn't lie! I will actively work through every muscle in your body and help your muscles regain elasticity, gain mobility in your joints, and relieve pain and discomfort. In addition to general massage I can also work with a separate part of your body where there is a problem to relieve you of pain or reduce pain. I enjoy using massage to help your body get rid of problems. I'm always happy when I can help your body. My last two sessions have been with Viktor and he has helped me with some chronic pain management. The entire staff here is warm and welcoming and I simply so appreciate what they do to help others. One last thought, I always like to support businesses that give back to the community. In 2020 I was the Pastor of a Church in Placerville that helped house people displaced from the Caldor Fire. The staff at this center helped at our center and they were partners in seeing families receive the help that they needed. They serve with their Head, Heart, and Hands!

When we got there, we filled out intake forms and were given warm weighted neck pillows while we waited. On the form, we were able to indicate if we had pain or an area we wanted to focus on. We could also mark areas that we didn't want touched. The waiting area is super comfortable - it's warm, smells nice, and is clean and cozy. When we started, we were taken into separate rooms. The practitioner I was with was very gentle, checked in to make sure nothing hurt, and was very thoughtful overall. This was actually my first time getting a professional massage like this and it was a wonderful first experience. I was comfortable the whole time and felt that if I needed to let the practitioner know if something didn't feel good, I could do that. At the end, the practitioner offered me some cold water which was super refreshing after the massage. Absolutely recommend coming here for any sort of pain or soreness that massage could relieve or even just a nice relaxing self-care treat.

Stopped in for a massage with my sisters and, unfortunately, the experience wasn't what I was…read moreexpecting. I had called a week in advance to book our appointments: a 75 minute body and foot massage for $70, a 75 minute prenatal massage for $70, and a 2hour body and foot massage for $110. When we arrived, the staff were very nice and friendly, which made a good first impression and gave me hope the visit would go smoothly. I shared a room with one of my sisters who was getting the prenatal massage, and while my bed was heated, it got so warm that I started sweating and had to ask them to turn it off. A male masseuse came in to work on me, which I personally didn't mind, but I do think they should ask clients their preference beforehand. As for the massage itself, it was just okay. I usually leave feeling completely relaxed, but this one didn't really do that for me. The techniques weren't great, and some of the small touches I've come to expect, like a head or scalp massage, never happened. When he moved to my legs and feet, he put on gloves, which honestly made it feel awkward and less soothing. There were a few moments where I felt more uncomfortable than relaxed, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. My sister's prenatal massage was another disappointment. About 20 minutes before her session was supposed to end, the masseuse told her she was finished and asked if she wanted to wait outside or stay in the room and rest. That meant she only received about 55 minutes of her 75 minute session, which felt really unfair considering we paid for the full time. The checkout process was the final straw. I was told there's a $1 per person fee for paying with a card, which already felt unnecessary. I was charged $233, and then the staff realized they rang it up incorrectly and charged my card again for an extra $20. The whole situation felt messy and unprofessional, especially after being told there was a specific card fee and then seeing extra charges added on anyway. Overall, I left more frustrated than refreshed and won't be returning.
