The practitioner I was with was very gentle, checked in to make sure nothing hurt, and was very thoughtful overall. This was actually my first time getting a professional massage like this and it was a wonderful first experience. I was comfortable the whole time and felt that if I needed to let the practitioner know if something didn't feel good, I could do that. At the end, the practitioner offered me some cold water which was super refreshing after the massage.
