As a first timer for the business, I have been in float spas before just not here. I really enjoy…read morea good float spa, one of the best ways for me to relax. This place is interesting, and looks nice and relaxing, but it just too many issues for me to return, I always like to try new places, experience the atmosphere, and hope for just a well relaxing time. I wish i got a Picture of the outside wall, art work, its actually pretty cool and vibrant. OH kay, lol... this were it starts to snow ball and go down hill , gaining mass and speed.. first off the staff were super friendly but we waited about 10 mins at the front counter before someone came to the front. We waited for our spas, enjoyed some def caf tea, as we sat in the waiting area / lounge. Across from us was a small Sauna, I am guessing 2 people could fit in ther would be very close to the other person I would think, so you better be friendly with them ;-) ;-) Needless to say, did not go in there. lol The Lounge area was somewhat split up, with some couches in the main area, which a couple was over there just laying spread out, so did not want to sit to close to someone else and ruin there experience. Ok, so finally get in to the spa room, its kinda cool , the shower is at the entrance of the spa, there is a bench to sit and take shoes off or what not. Basically you strip down, (Yehaa). Dont get any ideas here, this is a solo spa, not sure if they have couple's or not.. but this was a Solo experience. Take a shower, open the door, and carefuly get into the spa. I found the floor to be super slippery. And someone like me, i have poor balancing due to a brain surgery years ago... But ya, the floor was super slick, no grip on the ground, just tile like. There was a mat, but it was a joke, really thin, and did not grip let alone didnt help. so lets get into the spa, aaawww! Well thats what i was hoping for, my ass hit the bottom of the spa, Now Ive been to 3 different spas, and all of them were deeper then this one. That and there is soooo much salt in there you'll float. Salt was there but stuck to the bottom , with my bottom... lol.. It ruined the experience for us, I wasnt the only one complaining about this. But needless to say our experience wasn't that relaxing, and fear for my life walking around on the slik was a thing... :-(

I brought in reference photos and was excited for a noticeable change, especially since I haven't colored my hair in years. After a 2-hour appointment, the result was extremely subtle to the point that my hair looks almost the same as before. The total came out to $450, which felt shocking given the lack of visible difference. I understand balayage can be more natural-looking, but for that price point, I expected a clear transformation or at least results closer to what I had discussed and shown. I've reached out to the salon to try to resolve this and am hoping they make it right. Based on this experience, I would recommend being very clear about expectations, pricing, and level of change before committing to a service. Updating my review: I reached out to the salon directly to resolve this, but unfortunately, we were not able to come to a fair solution. I was charged $450 for a balayage that resulted in little to no visible change, despite providing reference photos and having a consultation beforehand. I gave the salon the opportunity to address the issue, but the resolution offered did not match the level of concern. At this price point, I believe clients should receive results that clearly reflect the service requested and discussed. I would strongly encourage others to confirm expectations, level of change, and pricing in detail before booking.

Let me be very clear…read more.. This is not a gym. This is a full-blown adult activity village. Lifetime Roseville is basically a city with barbells. At this point, I wouldn't be shocked if they added a mayor, zip code, and emergency services. You don't just "go work out" here--you enter a whole ecosystem. One minute you're lifting weights, next thing you know you're getting a smoothie, walking past pickleball, hearing children thriving in Kids Academy, someone's swimming laps like they're training for the Olympics, and somehow you're still there three hours later wondering if you technically live there now. And honestly? I love it. This is my home gym, and what makes this place special isn't just how big or nice it is... It's the people. Because let's be honest--fancy equipment is cool and all, but if the staff acts like you're bothering them for existing, the whole vibe dies immediately. That is NOT the case here. The people at Lifetime Roseville are what make this place hit. I was sitting in the cafe one day, just trying to enjoy my food and pretend I was going to make only healthy decisions for the rest of the day, when the general manager came up and asked how my meal was and how my day was going. And it wasn't one of those weird corporate "just checking in" drive-bys either. It was genuine. We ended up talking about the cafe food, and he even gave me some tips on how to increase my protein intake with some of the menu options. Now that right there? That's elite behavior. That's not management. That's gym dad energy. Like sir... thank you for looking out for my gains and my emotional well-being. Now let's talk about front desk royalty: Amber. Listen... if you know, you know. Amber doesn't just check you in. Amber welcomes you like you just got back from deployment, beat cancer, and won the Super Bowl all in the same week. The second you walk in, it's good vibes, smiles, energy, and that "hey where you been?!" kind of warmth that makes you feel like you're not just going to the gym--you're pulling up to see your people. Big hello. Big happiness. Big "let's go get this work" energy. Then when you leave, it's like saying goodbye to your gym bestie. You walk out feeling seen, supported, and slightly more important than when you walked in. And honestly, it's not just Amber. The whole staff here is solid. Cafe staff? Great. Kids Academy? Great. Trainers? Great. Everyone here seems like they actually enjoy being here, and that makes a huge difference. Lifetime Roseville somehow manages to be massive, luxurious, chaotic, productive, social, and weirdly comforting all at once. It's like if a country club, a fitness convention, and a healthy lifestyle fever dream had a baby. And somehow... it works. So if you're wondering if you should join? Yes. Join. Immediately.

The staff is very nice, interacting with members and visitors. Camp Richardson - Our campsite was huge and all nature!

Camp Richardson

Our experience in the beginning of March 2026…read more This was our first time coming to Camp Richardson. When I thought of Camp Richardson I've always thought of camping and horseback riding. We were staying in South Lake Tahoe 2 nights which gave us time to explore and have more fun. What I really wanted to do was go horseback riding. I looked up the corral and learned due to it was off season it was closed. I was so disappointed. Another thing that got my attention was the ice cream shop. My girlfriend came in September and had ice cream so I thought we'd be able to replicate her trip and get ice cream too. Unfortunately they were closed too, my guess was for the season. I didn't look at their website so we could have just come too late in the day. We were there around 2:30pm. We did get a chance to visit the beach. We were lucky and got one of the few spaces that was left. It was a pretty big lot, but for on season its not going to be big enough. I'm guessing there is a second lot that we didn't see. Due to it was off season the facilities were closed. Too bad as there were a lot of people on the beach and bike riding. We stayed short amount of time, but if we were camped out all day I don't know what we'd do. There were some people laying out getting burned. We had jeans and a sweater on and it was a little cool in the shade. Two people ran into the lake and there fried was filming the epic event. Others were just having a picnic and brought blankets and beach chairs to settle in for the day. There was also a restaurant on the beach which was tempting. Then you could get to use their facilities, sit at their outdoor patio on the beach, and have a great view. If they had hot fudge sundaes they'd have my business. Sadly we were on a tight schedule and had to get back to Heavenly Village for a show. The show was so worth it. I highly Reccomend this beach. So tranquil.

Pros: *quiet *usually easy to park (in our current spot, we have to pull all the way in, then back out or vice versa). *pretty clean (I noticed on a pullout chair cushion something spilled on it and never cleaned up) *close to walk on the beach, go to the Camp Rich General Store or their restaurant with the best rum runners, The Grove. *Recently remodeled with some new floors, carpet, bathroom cabinets, lighting. *Everything needed in kitchen to cook with. They provide paper towels but no napkins-and this cabin had no wineglasses. Cons: *Non refundable. Ugh, if life happens you can't cancel if you need to cancel. We had to move the reservation. I don't like frequenting places that do not issue refunds if notified well ahead of time. *Bed: the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. *no soap in bathroom at sink. They have the three attached in the shower, but no hand soap. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, but no shelf or anything if you bring your own stuff. * There's three clocks(one on microwave, one on the wall and one on the oven but they didn't work (the oven one did sometimes). *Kitchen table feels "sticky" and one of the chairs is wobbly. Don't know with the non refundable policy if we'll make a reservation to come back?

Terrible Customer Service - Lost a Loyal Weekly Guest Forever…read moreI have been booking rooms at The Citizen Hotel (Autograph Collection) almost every single week for the past year--easily 52+ nights annually--for high-profile celebrity clients. That consistent, high-volume business ends today because of one front desk agent's complete unwillingness to help. On December 14, 2025, my client arrived to check in but had lost his wallet and couldn't present a physical card for incidentals. I immediately called the desk and offered to provide a credit card authorization form (standard practice in the industry). Agent Anissa flatly refused, citing "policy" for third-party bookings. When I asked her to simply cancel the existing non-refundable reservation so I could rebook directly and handle payment myself, she again refused and told me to contact Expedia/Hotels.com--even though Expedia confirmed the hotel has full authority to cancel or modify. Because of Anissa's rigid, unhelpful stance, I was forced to book and pay for a second room that same night for the same guest. I lost an entire unnecessary room night due to her lack of flexibility and poor customer service. I escalated the issue to management (Antonio Sifuentes, Director of Rooms), who apologized but offered no refund or meaningful resolution--only the suggestion to book directly in the future. That does nothing to address the immediate financial loss caused by their staff. As a result, I have canceled all remaining reservations for the rest of the year (including this weekend) and will no longer book at The Citizen Hotel or any other Autograph Collection property. You've permanently lost a guest who was bringing you guaranteed revenue of at least 52 nights per year, if not more. There are plenty of hotels in Sacramento that understand hospitality means working with loyal guests in reasonable situations. The Citizen Hotel clearly does not. Save yourself the frustration--stay elsewhere.
