But only LI Metal Systems was the consistent one in terms of communication and follow up. I met with Michael Craven. A nice man older gentleman who is very professional and easy to work with. We setup a date and time to meet. He arrived on time and we discussed what I needed. He then took the time to measure, draw up a sketch of the work, and provided a quote on the spot. It was a no pressure estimate. He left and just said to reach out if I want to proceed. I got another quote from another company, but they were unlicensed. The other 2 were flaky, scheduling an estimate 3 weeks far in advance, and not responsive. I picked LI to the work. Someone called to schedule the install. They were flexible. The tech showed up and he had an official LI Metal Systems truck and uniform. A very pleasant man named Rafael. He reviewed the installation just to verify he has the correct information. He provided a time estimate. Overall, the work is fantastic and it looks really well done. It's seamless and installed properly and neat. I was worried at first because they didn't gave any reviews.
