We had the exterior of our house painted 18 months ago, and I waited until now to write the review…read moreso I could report on the longevity of the paint job. Our home was built in 1895, so I was nervous about the repainting process. I shouldn't have been. In short, this is an exceptional house painting company. As a local company, they are invested in customer care. Every stage of the process was thoughtful, from the conversations during the estimate visit, through the painting process where the painters clearly took deep pride in their work (with good reason!), through the clean up. The painters were careful and detailed in their work, and left us with solid advice for next steps for our home. The paint itself has held up perfectly through the past 18 months, despite the hefty weather extremes. I can't recommend them more strongly.

JRP managed that whole process seamlessly so I didn't have to. I also appreciated how thorough Fabian was with the estimate and contract. Everything was clearly laid out, which made the process feel organized and straightforward. I appreciated that the contract contained a copy of their Contractor License and their liability insurance so I didn't have to ask to see it. I will share that I evaluate contractors not only how good the job turns out, but other things like…read morebeing on time, being communicative, and not being distracted constantly with phone calls and such. My job was doing wall and ceiling patches after a plumbing issue / fix. Some of the holes had acceptable undamaged drywall pieces, but also had holes with none of the original drywall. The wall also had texture, which they aspired to match. I still had my paint so they didn't have to get chips to recreate color. Ricardo showed up early to do his estimate, which I do recommend vs the online process. He indicated his team availability and provided a quote. After going through others who were either a lot more expensive (some had minimum job cost requirements) and some others had other things about timing, price, etc, I proceeded to hire Ricardo Painting. Hugo came early the next day and stayed on schedule with disciplined execution. Didn't try to rush - eg rushing mud to dry, or applying paint coats too early. He really wanted to match the wall texture and did a great job. I will know where the repair was, but only ones trying to find it will actually notice. They said less than 2 days, and it was done. Ricardo will remain in my Rolodex for the future.

He responded quickly, came out to see the…read moreproperty soon thereafter, and, knowing we were under a tight deadline, was able to fit us into his schedule. Arteen is an owner-operator who takes pride in his work, and the quality shows. We've had many paint jobs done in different homes over the years, and his attention to detail really stood out. He was careful to keep everything clean before and after painting. For example, he removed every light switch, outlet, and fixture, cleaned them, and carefully put everything back. We were impressed enough with his attention to detail that we also asked him to take care of some additional home improvement work that wasn't related to painting. He was flexible about working around other vendors who were in the home at the same time, and he communicated clearly throughout the project. We always knew when he would be there, what he planned to accomplish, and what had been completed. He is also a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely recommend Arteen and will certainly call him again for future projects.

Within an hour of contacting him, he visited the location and gave me a very reasonable quote on such short notice. Shortly after, Rock arrived to inspect the space and got to work right away. He was incredibly professional, kind, and meticulous. He laid down tarps throughout the area to prevent any mess and made sure everything was set up perfectly before painting even began. I have high ceilings and wanted an accent wall in one of the rooms, which can be a challenge--but Rock handled it flawlessly. The entire process took two days. They started early and worked efficiently, wrapping up around 5-6 PM each day. Throughout the process, Rock sent me progress photos, and the lines were absolutely perfect--especially around outlets and light switches, which really shows the level of detail and care he puts into his work. He was also incredibly respectful of my apartment building, keeping noise to a minimum and making sure the space was well-ventilated so there was no overwhelming paint smell.
