Joe texted me this morning to ask if I needed my gutters cleaned prior to the impending rain storm forecast to occur in a few days. My need to clean my gutters had totally slipped my mind, so based on his inquiry I checked the gutters from street level and immediately noticed that they needed to be cleaned promptly. Joe had advised me in his text that the workers would be in my area the next day so I texted him back in the afternoon to schedule an appointment. He called me back promptly and stated the his guys were working in my area today as well and could respond within 20 minutes if that was convenient for me. I responded in the affirmative. Alex and Hector arrived within the allotted time firm. They met me at the front door of my residence at which time Alex introduced himself and Hector and advised me that they would go onto the roof and inspect the gutters. He also advised that he would take before and after pictures and show me the results upon completion. They went right to work and not only cleaned the gutters but also removed all of the residual residue which had accumulated on the roof adjacent to the gutters, so that the debris would not roll into the gutters when the rain comes. And, as promised, he did show me the before pictures (gutters filled with leaves and associated debris) and the after pictures showing them completely cleaned. They also flushed the gutters and drains to ensure there was complete water flow to the bottom toward the street. He also advised that he would have all the pictures downloaded in the office and send to me afterward. And if that was already enough he explained to me that one portion of the gutter on the south side had an indentation which might affect the water flow and suggested that I may want to have that repaired or replaced. Thank goodness Joe text to remind me of the impending rain which jogged my memory to check. And for his prompt return to set up an appointment as soon as possible. And of course thanks to Alex and Hector for arriving promptly, expertly explaining their plan and executing it to a tee. They were both very professional, accommodating and diligent in their work. And completed the work in a timely no nonsense fashion. I have used them before and obviously will use them again. So if you need gutters and/or windows cleaned don't hesitate to support and throw your business their way. You won't be disappointed.

While I appreciate that they were receptive and sent someone back the next day, I had to specifically point out each issue and many of them were not addressed. At some point, I honestly got tired of walking around and pointing out issues that appeared obvious. These photos are from after the touch up, including the screen they did not re-install after I asked. Our quote also included wipe down of the window tracks, which was not done for any of the windows. It's frustrating to hire someone and then feel like you have to babysit their work. We'll be going with a different company next time.

The dust was thick but they advertize post construction cleaning so I thought it was fine to hire them. We also paid for them to clean our leather sofas. They were very friendly, seemed like great guys and had great reviews, although not many reviews. After they cleaned we found some walls that were dusty and not cleaned at all and some that were partially dusty. many windows had spots and smudges, my garbage and recycle drawers weren't cleaned at all at the bottom where there was caked on dust. My wood floors had smudges in different areas throughout the house. Matthew's brother cleaned the outside. He didn't protect my plants from the cleaning solution he was using and burnt the leaves killing a lot of them. I paid $3,800 and that included the leather couch cleaning. They were going to clean our couches after we moved back into the house. I told Matthew about the issues which was maybe 5 or 6 days after they cleaned. He said they have a 3 day policy and since it was beyond the 3 days they wouldn't come back to make it right. They hadn't cleaned my couches yet so I asked Matthew to refund what I paid for the couch cleaning but he never replied to my text, instead keeping the money for work they hadn't done. So very disappointed and angry.
