While I appreciate that they were receptive and sent someone back the next day, I had to specifically point out each issue and many of them were not addressed. At some point, I honestly got tired of walking around and pointing out issues that appeared obvious. Our quote also included wipe down of the window tracks, which was not done for any of the windows. It's frustrating to hire someone and then feel like you have to babysit their work. When he said three days, I was so skeptical, but he assured me that if there was anything I wasn't happy with, I had a three year warranty and I could call him any time. And how was it possible to do it in three days? Because his crew is AMAZING! Roger and Alex were the nicest, most helpful, hard-working and diligent workers I have ever seen.
