I took my son/daugher-in-law with some friends to dinner. This is the 2nd time we have gone and the service is terrible. We ordered appetizer's and they came cold with our dinner. When we spoke with the manager Natalia, she told us they come pre-packaged, they didn't make them and she would not take care of it for us. When I asked her to remove them from the bill since we didn't eat them, she refused, even after I said we would not come back again. FLY EGGS in my wings I ordered today 09/23/25. Placed an order for 12:30, called and said I would be late and asked to delay pick up she was very nice and said they would delay till 1:30, pick up was easy, got home and found eggs in my wings. Called back to restaurant a few hours later and was RUDELY told to "Bring all the food back if you want a refund" and then I was promptly hung up on. Drive 45 minutes back so they can hatch the eggs in-house? I'm okay. Bad service, no refund, and bugs IN THE FOOD is enough to cancel out all my future wing trips. Tossed the $50 worth of food. Ordered the margarita special and it had 0 tequila. Manager remade it and explained when it was still all just the sour that because of the special, they only give 1/2 of the tequila. Got the cheese curd appetizer. They were quite bitterly floating in grease. He still charged me for both. Got the pizza, wing and frys family special. Frys were soggy with grease, wings were dry, overcooked and bland and pizza has no sauce at all. The manager told me he took the pizza pings and frys off which only came to $11. Funny because on the menu the wings alone are about $20. He said the pizza sauce is portioned and they can't use more so their pizza has no sauce and he also said company policy is that they can only discount a few $$ even if all the food is bad. Service was great, on a busy Thursday (football) night. We were greeted by Emily and sat immediately. Vinny was our server and had good recommendations. Vinny's service was great! My husband ordered the Football special Western burger and it was amazing. We shared 10 wings and they were cooked perfect. The food was a 8/10 I would t get the pizza again, but we have had the burger their fries, chicken wings, those are all good. Salads are pretty hearty, and their ranch is really good as well. Made a DoorDash order tonight because with littles at home and National Chicken Wing day, we knew it would be busy- we absolutely made a mistake, forgot toppings for the pizza- our fault!! I immediately call the restaurant, explain to the hostess the situation yet, I get put on a 9:38 minute hold, before I hang up and call back worried I missed me shot to fix it now. Phone call is again transferred to "Heather", assuming a store manager or likewise... she shuts down my offer to pay for the toppings telling me within basically 10 minutes of ordering the pizza is done already and they're waiting on the wings, nothing she can do. I again, offer to pay for the toppings if they'll just throw it in real quick, or just on top I don't care- again I'll pay. Nope. Rude and keeps repeating how it's national wing day and they're backed up with those... nothing to do with the pizza over then... and if it really got made in under ten minutes, could they add the toppings and cook extra long? Poorly ran store. This is the third time now we've had issues here. Keep returning under our own fault because their honey hot sauce is one of the best. Very unfortunate it seems no matter who is working or managing this location- they're messy and rude. Fixing small things is seriously not an issue... it's taking the time courtesy to CARE, and not brush people off. read more

We placed an order, it was to be ready at 7:07pm I went in at 7:08 to check on the order. The employee said it was still being worked on. She went to the back and a manager came out with the receipt, she said "I just wanted to show you the order says it will be ready at 7:07 and it's only 7:09 that's why it's still being worked on" and walked away. Rudest customer service I have ever received! I wasn't even complaining or upset I I just went in to check on my order and for the manager to be so rude! Very unprofessional! We ate there last night and were happy with the food and the service. Very friendly crowd. We like to sit at the bar and it was pretty full with a couple of single chairs. Everyone at the bar was very accommodating and made room for us. There was one thing I was very UNHAPPY about. We were chatting with a young guy next to us and wanted to buy him a beer. He was drinking a draft beer and I gave the gal bartender $20. She didn't give me any change and when I questioned her, said she didn't realize I wanted change back. I said "of course I wanted change back". She gave me back 2 $5's. I think $10 is quite excessive for a draft beer. I asked for singles and handed her a $5 Again, she didn't give me 5 ones back. I ordered Curley fries which were cold and a super small portion for $4. I also tried some breaded steak strips, this portion was ok but just not very good. Worst service ever! Order at 420pm pickup says 445, don't actually get food until 5:30. Had to have them double check to make sure nothing was missing (missing chips and drink.) The gentleman who answered said he would update the order and let the kitchen know. I waited forever to get my order and the driver text and apologize. The order was not updated and the wings were burnt and tasted like the bottom of the fryer. My wings tasted like they were fried in month old grease. I hate to complain because you automatically get labeled as a "Karen" but I work hard for my money so when I order food I want it to be right and enjoyable. I requested blue cheese and receive ranch.
