Egg sandwich on a biscuit with side of gravy
Courtney K.

This is clearly a place popular with locals and visitors alike. We waited 40 minutes on Memorial Day and were rewarded with delicious, satisfying food. My friend had a pancake as a side and it was huge! I had the egg sandwich and added a side of sausage gravy which was perfectly made and for dipping chunks of my biscuit and hash brown potatoes in. Service was efficient. I will return!

Crab Cakes Benedict

Enjoyed the Crab Cakes Benedict with breakfast potatoes & an extra side of grits. The hollandaise sauce was phenomenal, & the potatoes were seasoned perfectly & just crispy enough. Service was quick & friendly despite the restaurant being quite busy.

I love their southeastern omelet. It last plenty of chunks of steak while not being over whelmed by the green pepper. Their salsa (store bought not fresh made) added to the flavor. One of my favorite meals here. I'm thinking about buying one of the paintings on their wall. I've been waiting it for a few months. Lots of great art and some mediocre art is hanging on their walls.

BLT. Very good.

Native Cafe is the best breakfast spot at Pensacola Beach. My wife and I have been coming for years. My go-to is the BLT but they have a lot of great menu items.

Fish Tacos!! SOOO GOOD
Brooke W.

We sat at the bar and the service was great. We were in from out of town and our bartender gave us some great sugessions of places to go and to eat at. I got the fish tacos and my girl got the classic benny. Both were delicious and good portions. I got an espresso martini no sugar add burbom cream amd it was fantastic. Their menu serves both breakfast and lunch all day. They also have local art for sale. They make their own hot sauce, and you know that makes me happy! Next time we are i. town this will be our breakfast joint!

Heard about this brunch place from a local. It is unassuming on the outside, but very beachy on the inside with local art . Good breakfast at a decent price. Our waitress was great, and the service was fast. You can also order a latte/espresso drink with your breakfast.

Native Burger missing the cheese and undercooked

Over priced and food wasn't good. After placing our order we waited over 35 minutes for a raw hamburger, cold hard pancakes and cold French toast. Won't be back

Great food and service along with a friendly atmosphere! Tad pricey but I can't say it wasn't worth it.

Everyone enjoyed the vibe in this place. So eclectic and artsy. Staff totally awesome. Very clean and well run! Didn't like the biscuits and gravy BUT I tried some of what the kiddos ordered & I'll definitely get the p-cakes or French toast next time!

Ok place. Food is good but overpriced as far as I am concerned. About the only place on the island to get a quick breakfast

Any gluten free options yet like pancakes or French toast?

I am totally sure, but i would say probably not.

Is there brunch?? How long does it go to?🤔

They have a breakfast and lunch menu. So get there early for breakfast. The wait is worth it. Try the eggs Benedict!

We had a great time at The Grand Marlin Pensacola, FL. When we arrived, our table was ready and…read moreright where we wanted to sit. The food and service were excellent. Great place to go. I just wanted to let you know that it seemed like we had several drinks to our server when we only had one each and when the bill came, several items that we DID NOT order was on our bill. The total was almost $500.00 Dollars. Once I noticed and brought it to her attention, she quickly grabbed the bill, crumbled it up and made me suspicious that I just caught her wrongdoing. When the corrected bill came back, it was for $247.00 and it was what we ordered. It looked like she was padding the bill for her benefit. Please check your bill to make sure it is correct before you put your card down.

The restaurant is located right over the water. Parking is right under the building. Take the elevator up to restaurant and check in at the hostess stand. We highly recommend a reservation and they do fill up fast. We had a seat in the outdoor space. It was just a little warm for me, but large plantation fans gave a nice breeze. Like any good foodie, I had my meal selections already picked out prior to my arrival. I love a good calamari, and this was no exception. Crispy, well seasoned, and tender with a little bite of heat. We also ordered the lobster fingers. They are exactly what they sound like strips of tender juicy lobster meat in a light tempura style batter. This was probably the best dish of my entire trip. The grouper piccata was highly recommended by my colleague, so it was my obvious dinner choice. This meal was light and decadent at the same time. The fish was lightly breaded served in a bright rich lemon cream sauce. Crispy capers added a little texture. Wilted spinach rounded out the meal. This was an exceptional dish! We also ordered the filet. The steak was perfectly prepared and served with creamy whipped potatoes. After such a beautiful dinner, we opted to take dinner to go. The key lime pie was also highly recommended and I can confirm this first hand. The coconut macadamia graham cracker crust made this an exceptional dessert.

Our server was wonderful! She was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. For drinks, we had the watermelon cooler and the frozen strawberry basil lemonade, and both were SO good. We started with the spinach & artichoke dip, which was also delicious. For lunch, we had the fried chicken sandwich and the fried shrimp basket and loved both. It was also the little things that stood out. Our server brought ice water to the table without us even having to ask, which was refreshing since it's so hot outside right now. The restaurant was airy and comfortable, the service was great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Bounce is definitely worth the hype and we can't wait to try brunch!

The double burger was fairly tasty, but meat had a lot of gristle in it. The cheese pizza was poor. I've had better frozen store brand pizza. Mahi sandwich was pretty good. Asparagus were soggy and it was laid on a bed of rice that was also soggy. The cook on it was good though, the sauce that made everything super soggy- not so good. Definitely not worth $40. Mahi tacos were delicious. I'm a native Californian and they were comparable to what I'd expect from a shop back home. Chips and salsa as a side is unusual, but they were light and airy. Considering all things, I'd give this place a solid 4 (maybe 3.5 because of the ribeye). Service could have been better- but our waitress was super busy so I'll let that slide. Cheers

This was the only one that severely disappointed. Seated quickly outside. Not in the restaurant's control, but it was very hot & muggy. No breeze and no fans. Ordered a dozen raw oysters. Waitress forgot them. She brought them after we reminded her. They were half the size of the oysters we got at three other restaurants. For entrée I ordered one of their specialties. Waitress told me it came with two sides. They charged extra for the second side. I'm fully aware of how much these places charge. Was not expecting to sweat through a 'just ok' meal for three for $200... My fault. Next time I'll trust my Yelp reviews.
