Had a bad seal that allowed water in which damaged my floor. Called and received a prompt response…read moreabout service and arranged to have my rig towed to the shop. This was in mid-March. Although no completion date was provided, I clearly communicated that I needed the work done by September 1 and I was told that timeline was reasonable. As the months passed, communication was infrequent and my voice mails and text messages were rarely answered. When they were, the information received was very vague regarding timeline as I was simply told we are in the queue. Of course my September 1 date passed without the work being completed, so again I reached out for updates as I had a camping trip planned to start on the third Saturday of September. I communicated that need and I was told that deadline would be met. The Tuesday before my extended deadline, I was told the work finally began. I received a call while the repair team was at the flooring store in which I had to mad an instant decision about the floor color. This was without samples or time to go back to the shop to see options on the floor. In order to keep things going, I made the decision and work continued. I received another call on Thursday stating that the work wasn't done yet, but they would work around the clock to finish on Friday. This concerned me as I didn't want any shortcuts taken to get the work done in a couple days after already waiting six months, so I cancelled my trip and told them to take the time required to do everything right. Finally, on the following Wednesday I was told that the work wasn't done and arranged to have the trailer delivered. I won't get into all the details of the terrible delivery, but I will say that it arrived over an hour late, the tires were over 20 pounds under inflated despite several requests to make sure they were properly inflated prior to delivery and they delivered the trailer and forgot the keys. Luckily, I brought my keys with me. I'm terms of the work quality, it seems like it was done well, but I haven't camped yet as it was delivered after the summer ended. He forgot to fix a shade issue that I reminded him about at least five times and I am not happy about tie floor color that I was rushed to make a decision on. Worst of all, a full five months later I still don't have my keys and I can't get a response to any of my inquiries about them. I definitely won't return for any additional work due to the poor communication and the wait forever and then rush to complete approach. There has to be better options out there.

I wish I could give Spencer Janes 10 stars. He kept me updated every step of the way, sent pictures…read morewhen needed, and went above and beyond. Everything I was concerned with was fixed better than I thought was possible and my TT looks almost brand new (she's old, really old so this is amazing). If you need your TT serviced, call and get on the schedule. Honestly, working with him is better customer care AND response time-wise than most dealerships trying to sell a brand new one.

Please read the reviews before doing any work with this company. Sadly I am reading the reviews…read moreafter getting lied to and ripped off. I requested a quote in advance of the work and they sent it to me. Read the breakdown of how they charge. This is what it states: 150/ hour and 2 hours minimum $75 technology fee (never heard of this in the industry before). Ridiculous 50 service fee Ok so they arrived at 9 pm per texting history and finished at 10:30 pm. Simply diagnostics. So this shouldn't be more than $425. So why did they charge me $994.19? This was actually a one hour diagnostic fee where they determined that my def filter is too clogged and it needs to be cleaned or replaced. They couldn't perform a Regen. So would I trust them to take it to their shop to get more work done on it? They lost my business because they lied and gouged me. Beware of this company. I will make sure to contact the better business buero and file a complaint about them. No one should ever have to get ripped off like this. They are taking advantage of broken down trucks. They even threatened to tow my truck away and impound it when I questioned their charges being double what they had quoted me. Please stay away from this company. Look at the pictures attached. They include all the facts. It has their initial quote, how much they charge me and the time the driver arrived and when he messaged me the result of the diagnostics. My truck is till stuck without pairs and I will keep looking for a company that can help me get it fixed that is honest and fair.

My husband and I started looking for a used Prevost bus conversion (motor home) and found Bus For…read moreSale on the internet. We traveled a long way to check out some of their buses. They are just north of Nashville TN, which is about a three day drive from our home state. The owner, John, and his son, Cullin, made us feel welcome and did not pressure us to hurry with our many questions. They fed us lunch as well--several different days, since we were there three times before we bought our bus. They were helpful and up-front about every bus we were interested in, including supplying an inspection sheet of needed work and test driving several. They did try to make sure we understood what we were getting into if we purchased an older used bus because they do need ongoing upkeep. My husband has been a semi truck owner/operator in the past so that is helpful. We purchased our 1989 Prevost Marathon XL coach in late April 2016 and had them do some needed work for us before we let the lot. Their mechanics spent time with my husband making sure he understood what work they were doing and allowed him to see everything being done. They went out of their way to help us get everything ready to head down the road. The office staff were so friendly and did a great job with the paperwork and permits. They even assisted to get the previous owner's manuals and service records shipped in for us. They referred us to several business so we could purchase a car trailer to tow behind. We left their business feeling like we have friends there now and that we can call to ask questions if the need arises. They are professional in all they do.
