My 26 year old Toyota Land Cruiser needed a tow. I called Andy's and he answered the phone! That was a good thing! He came close to the time he said he would be there and he communicated with me the whole time. He arrived and was very nice and polite. He took a credit card payment and he was off. I don't know anything about their expertise or work. What I do know that the person I talked to on Friday, was one of the most unemphatic people I have ever encountered. I could have gotten more empathy from Chat GPT. I understand there are laws but a little understanding goes a long way, especially for grieving families. Basically, Andy's towing is going to profit off of my brother's car and possessions that he had on the inside (tools). Hopefully if he had identifying documents, they don't steal his identity also. I had the best experience with Andy's Towing. Unlike other services, he arrived at the time he said he'd be there. For convenience, he let me add the charges to my bill at the repair shop. Tow truck driver strapped my car to the tow truck the wrong way. He strapped the inner and outer tie rods down instead of strapping to the underbody of my vehicle. During the tow this twisted the steering gear assembly ruining my suspension and costing $2,000 to fix. Called to complain and they denied all accusations and essentially told me i'm on my own. Their excuse was they've been towing cars for 15 years and they don't make mistakes. They lied and claimed there was prior damage before they towed my car. On top of having to pay them $252 now I have to pay my deductible to have my car fixed. Terrible company and terrible customer service. They don't even have an actual office. Only a gated car lot. Highly recommend you find a better towing company. read more

I had to get towed out from sliding off the side of the road due to my car hitting a slick spot of water and hydroplaning. My car was certainly functional and could get out but due to mud and not the best tires in the back I was stuck. I had the tow truck driver pull me out but with pulling me out it appears he broke my parking brake in my manual car. So now my car will roll when the parking break is engaged and I know have to put it in gear to keep it from rolling, I'm very frustrated and tried to talk with Andy's about what happened and they refused to talk any more on regards of the incident and put the blame back upon me. I'm now having to go to a auto shop to get my parking brake fixed and had to pay him the night of 175 just to get towed out not even less than 100 yards. I highly due not recommend using this company if you don't have roadside service, there are better and nicer people than what I had to deal with that night. read more
