Was told it would be 40 minutes and the person who called me had no idea where I was when I gave cross streets and directions from Nashville. I even sent a map, no follow up, no communication except through the auto text program saying it would be another 51 minutes then another 63 minutes. I can understand it taking some time to get me and my car off the highway but it should not be this long. I cancelled and called another company. We were…read morestuck on the bridge downtown on I-40 West right beside the bat building, and Chuck picked up my Tesla, took my daughter and I to try and charge it, and was so courteous and caring. He wasn't just there to tow a car as quickly as possible, he saw that she in I were in a bind and stranded two hours from home, and boy did he take care of us! He stayed with us at the charger until dark after picking us up at around 4:30PM because he wanted us to be safe (the charger was in sketchy area). Gave me his personal cell number when he did leave us in case the car didn't charge, and then came back and got the car when it wouldn't charge, took it to his personal home for the night to make sure it was safe, and then drove it to Tesla for repair in the morning.
