I was parked in front of my house, which is on an inlet, (mind you not a road) because there is not enough parking. I went inside to take a quick shower and when I came back to my car being up to a tow truck, the guy told me that it would cost $200 for him to drop it when it was parked on an inlet for the townhouses. When pointing this out the tow truck driver began to yell at me how I continued to park there even after being towed 3 times before (my car has never been towed away). So when I asked to see the tow company's policy on dropping the car he refused and began wenching my car up. He also had me pay him directly with either cash or Venmo and gave no receipt.

AAA didn't call me to tell me a driver was on the way until 8 hours after my first request for a tow. I am so grateful I snapped a photo of the card I got from a month ago's service.
